Gerry was the 3rd Co. I called. He knew what was wrong with our steam system in a few minutes. - Added more venting to my steam system - Added a new pressuretrol - Fixed auto shutoff and low water cutoff - Fixed radiator which would not heat - Found return line which was blocked, re-ran new line - Installed new thermostat for steam heat This steam system had not been working right for years. Gerry and Steve have our steam system running beautifully. Our home is warm without swings from hot to cold.

He is terrific and I would use him again. The price seemed a little expensive but worth it. He cleaned up well after the job was done.

I found them on a web site devoted to steam heating. Gerry is a real expert in steam heating. I would hire him even if he wasn't so easy to work with. He removed and test my pressure cutoff switch which turned out to be bad. He removed and cleaned far more parts than any other techs have. This makes the extra cost worth every penny.

These people are steam heat geniuses. If you have an old house and use steam or hot water heat complete with boilers and radiators, do yourself a favor and call these folks. Don't waste your time or money on mediocre or incompetent boiler 'experts'. Having gone through a string of mediocre or bad ones who gave flat out wrong advice or tried to sell me new equipment when it wasn't needed, it's refreshing to come across artisans who have a passion for old steam heat systems and truly understand old home heating.

It was a great experience. Jerry showed up on time and was very thorough. He explained everything he was going to do and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend him for all plumbing jobs.

THEY HAVE ACTUALLY HELPED WRITE BOOKS ON STEAM HEATING SYSTEMS, PIONEERED SOME NEW TECHNIQUES ABOUT THIS ANTIQUATED TECHNOLOGY TO MAKE IT BETTER, and HAVE GREAT KNOWLEDGE and RESPECT FOR THESE OLD SYSTEMS. EXPECT A LONG WAITING LIST TO SEE THESE GUYS, ESPECIALLY IN THE WINTER MONTHS. THE WAIT WILL BE WELL WORTH IT- WE RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE ALONG WITH A REALLY THOROUGH LEARNING LESSON ABOUT OUR OLD BOILER SYSTEM!
