I absolutely LOVED working with this group. They were so pleasant and professional. We had numerous problems on the first bathroom we had done that were clearly our contractor's fault (the way the tile was installed impeded the placement of the doors initially and the contractor did not tell the glass group we wanted clear shield application). The contractor was pointing fingers and refusing to take blame for anything and I thought it was going to turn into a big battle, but the folks at Crystal Illusions were so patient and kind and worked around these, even though it meant more work for them, at no cost to us. We were thrilled and called them again when we did our next bathroom and once again the doors came out perfect. I was really picky about the appearance of things, preferring the look of just plain glass with no sweeps, etc. so the measurements had to be perfect to make the gaps tiny and they achieved this to perfection in both bathrooms. Actually the contractor who did my second bathroom asked who had done the glass in the first bathroom, saying it was the best work he had ever seen.

Great experience. My house is not perfectly square but they took measurements and designed around the imperfections. The installation looks great and my wife is very happy.

THEY MEASURED WELL, BUT THEY DID NOT BRING THE COMPLETE INSTALLATION MATERIAL. THIS WAS NOT A PROBLEM TO ME BECAUSE THEY CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO CORRECT IT. ONE OF THE MIRRORS WAS A MIRRORED BACK SPLASH WITH A BEVELED EDGE, WHICH WAS AFFORDABLE.
