ALL PERFORMANCE APPLIANCE REPAIR

Business was called in March 2021 to come diagnose/repair a dead 2yr old Samsung microwave. Service fee was paid and Dave advised that he had to order a part. He did advise that part deliveries were taking a long time due to COVID. He was advised that this job was being filed under a home warranty and time was an issue. He advised that the time frame should be fine. 2 months went by never heard from Dave so I called. He was very short on the phone and advised parts had not come in. another month went by, still no word. Called Dave again and again he was very short, even seemed annoyed, and he advised still no part. 4 months have gone by still nothing from Dave. I called last week to check in and once I told him who I was he said that he was doing something and needed to call me back. Have not heard from him. At this point the home warranty is saying they will not cover the repair because too much time has passed and they have canceled the ticket. I'm sorry but it does not take 4 months to get a part. Dave took my money for the service call, promised a repair and not only reneged on the repair and is costing me money but doesn't even have the decency to tell me he is not going to do the repair. Customer service and integrity is not existent here. I can't express this strong enough, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! And yes, I have the dated receipt from the original call and printed cellphone records of calls to the business number since the original call so denying the timeline will not work.

They were recommended to us. They were on time, very courteous, nice guy, did the job well and did not leave any mess around or anything.

They fixed it and then it didn't work again, so they came back. I don't know if it is the oven or them. They come out timely and they are very nice. If they can't fix something they will come back if they have to. Overall, it is pretty good.
