They good work.

My first phone call in mid-summer resulted in a visit from one of the owners within a week. His assessment was completed and an estimate for the complete job was in my hands within 40 minutes of our initial meeting. Because of the demand, our job had to be scheduled approximately three weeks in advance. Unfortunately, the crew was a no-show on the scheduled day; however, a call to Pat at AVS the next morning quickly remedied the situation with a very polite apology and consideration toward a future service call. Ricky was the foreman on the installation crew, and he was on top of everything. In fact, some of what I thought couldn't be done was done by them. Once finished, their work was practically undetectable. Since the installation, I've required a follow-up site visit for adjusting heads; AVS was more than happy to accommodate. We are thoroughly satisfied with this automatic system and have high regard for this company's customer service and quality work.

Other than their one mistake, everything else was very professionally done.

An appointment was made easily and promptly. The technician did not come for this appointment and I was called the next day to re-schedule the appointment. The technician came for this second appointment and did the work. I am pleased with the quality of his work and the reasonable cost of the job.

Mark arrived on time for initial appointment, discussed project and provided a written estimate on the spot. Advanced's plumbers did interior work on schedule, were efficient, pleasant, professional, quiet, and neat. Ditto for crew which installed system outdoors. After job was complete, Matt came out to review project, make adjustments, answer questions, collect payment (which was the amount estimated). Throughout, Pat in the office responded promptly and pleasantly to phone messages, questions. Our experience with this company could not have been better.

Very well. No problems at all. Not sure of the exact price as they have not yet sent me the bill. I believe it will be around $80.

From start to finish, they were very professional. All the employees we dealt with were timely and answered our questions. The work was done well, clean up was good, workers were professional, and follow up was complete.

Very professional. Responded quickly to my first call and had a rep out within a couple days. He explained the whole process and gave a reasonable quote. They took care of getting the permits, made appointments for the installation work, for which they were on time each time. Within two days they followed up with a complete orientation of the system. After the completion of work, the city of N Ridgeville came out with a back-flow testing requirement. Advanced Irrigation got involved to get a reduced price from a certified tester for their installations. That was above and beyond the call of duty.

I'm very satisfied with them. I had already had a system put in by someone who wasn't that good, and he used what I already had and didn't pull everything out. He really worked with me.

Work was done in a professional manner, under very difficult conditions (20 degree day, 8 inches of snow already on the ground). Crew showed up in the time window stated by the office, were very courteous and diligent.

MARK (OWNER) DID A GREAT JOB AT EXPLAINING THE PROCESS and PROVIDING A DETAILED DESIGN OF THE PROPOSED IRRIGATION SYSTEM. THE SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED IN 1/2 A DAY, INCLUDING WIRING THE CONTROL SYSTEM. THE CREWS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES and THE FOREMAN EXPLAINED HOW THE CONTROL SYSTEM WORKED. (EVEN THOUGH THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE BACK IN 3 DAYS TO CHECK/REVIEW THE JOB.) A FEW MONTHS LATER, THE MAIN VALVE CRACKED (NOT THEIR FAULT- DEFECT IN THE VALVE, NOT INSTALLATION) and THEY RESPONDED WITHIN A WEEK TO FIX IT AT NO CHARGE. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

SYSTEM INSPECTION and WINTERIZING FOR SYSTEM JUST INSTALLED. WORK WAS JUST PERFORMED and SAME COMPANY THAT INSTALLED THE SYSTEM. AI REMINDS YOU OF THE MAINTENANCE REQUIRED WITH A PHONE CALL and POST CARD, PRIOR TO THE WINTER. SCHEDULING THE APPOINTMENT WAS VERY EASY. THEY HAVE YOUR INFORMATION IN THE SYSTEM, and ANY ISSUES ARE FIXED AT THE TIME OF WINTERIZING. GREAT SERVICE!

THE CREW WAS FAST AND METICULOUS. IT ONLY TOOK THE PLUMBER ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO DO ALL OF THE INSIDE WORK.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. ADVANCED IRRIGATION IS FAIRLY EXPENSIVE WITH A MINIMUM FEE OF $67 FOR A SERVICE CALL, BUT THEY PROVIDED THIS COST INFORMATION RIGHT UP FRONT DURING MY INITIAL CALL SO THE COST WAS NOT A SURPRISE. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND RETURNED MY CALL THE SAME DAY AND EVEN SCHEDULED A SATURDAY APPOINTMENT SO I DID NOT NEED TO TAKE TIME OFF FROM WORK TO BE PRESENT DURING THE SERVICE CALL. I HAD LOCATED THE LEAK MYSELF PRIOR TO THE CALL, SO THEY WERE ABLE TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM AND WERE HERE FOR ONLY 30 MINUTES. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN SINCE THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REPAIRED MY PROBLEM, BUT I MAY CHECK OUT LESS EXPENSIVE FIRMS FIRST AS AN ALTERNATIVE.

SET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. GOOD PRICE FOR JOB. BUT EVENTUALLY COULD NOT USE THEM. BUSY SEASON AND FOUND CLOSER CONTRACTOR IN AREA FAMILIAR WITH SYSTEM.

THEY CAME THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD, CALLED TO SAY THAT THEY WERE GOING TO BE DELAYED. VERY CLEAN AND PICKED UP ANY MESS.

SALES CALL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, HOWEVER ALL SUBSEQUENT INTERACTIONS HAVE BEEN LESS PROFESSIONAL. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT FOR THE MOST PART, THE WORK WAS DONE IN A QUALITY FASHION AND THE ISSUES THAT AROSE HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED, BUT WITH MORE EFFORT ON MY PART THAN I ANTICIPATED. STATE APPROVED BACK-FLOW WAS NOT INSTALLED CAUSING CITATION FROM WATER DEPT, REPEATED LEAKS IN PLUMBING, SEVERAL UNRETURNED PHONE CALLS, AND INSTALLERS SHOWED UP ON WRONG DAY. A CALL WAS PLACED TO THE OWNER REGARDING LACK OF BACKFLOW VALVE, CALL WAS NEVER RETURNED BY HIM, RATHER A STAFFER CALLED BACK. THE PEOPLE EMPLOYED BY ADVANCED SEEM TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED, HOWEVER IT APPEARS THE OPERATION HAS GROWN SIGNIFICANTLY, WHICH IN TURN HAS DETERIORATED RESPONSIVENESS.

WE THOUGHT THE CLOSENESS OF THE SYSTEM TO THE TREE WOULD FACTOR. IN FOLLOWING UP WITH THE COMPANY THEY ASSURED US THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM. PROMPT AND NICE. WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT TO SEE IF THE TREE WILL SUFFER.

AFTER THEY CAME and SERVICED SYSTEM and I FOUND MANUAL COMPUTER FOR IT NOT WORKING. THEY NEVER ANSWERED CALLS.

I THINK THERE ARE VERY GOOD! THEY SPRAYED IN MAY AND THEN IT RAINED FOR SEVERAL DAYS AND LITTLE CRITTERS CAME BACK. I CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT TO SPRAY AGAIN, THEY ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND NO HASSLE AT ALL. I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! THE GENTLEMAN IS VERY NICE TO WORK WITH.

WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, WE WERE HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.

CALLED BEFORE COMING EXACTLY AS I HAD REQUESTED. WITHIN 15 MINUTES HAD REPLACED/ADJUSTED 1 MALFUNCTIONING POPUP, ADJUSTED ANOTHER AND DETERMINED THAT THE POPUP IN THE BACKYARD WAS NOT BROKEN -- JUST NEEDED TO FLIP A LEVER TO PERMIT WATER TO FLOW. CHARGES WERE MUCH LESS THAN I HAD EXPECTED.

THE ENTIRE RELATIONSHIP, STARTING WITH THE ESTIMATE AND PROPOSAL, THROUGH TO THE USE INSTRUCTIONS, WAS PLEASANT AND INFORMATIVE.

WORKED REALLY HARD- FINISHED IN ONE DAY.SCHEDULED TO COME BY AND EXPLAIN CONTROLS AND CHECK ON THEIR JOB. SENT BILL FOR WINTERIZING, WAS CONFUSED. SHE SENT PAYMENT AND LETTER ASKING WHY? THEY SENT IT BACK SAYING NO CHARGE ON HER ACCOUNT. CLASS ACT COMPANY.
