Ace Custom Painting was superb from quote to start through finish. Mr. Wilson was able to provide a quote right away, at a perfectly reasonable price, and taking all responsibility for materials and color match. He and his very courteous and professional crew arrived at the very moment they were scheduled, and carried out the cleaning and painting job straight through and in the estimated time frame. The paint provided was quality, the color match was perfect, and the workmanship was excellent in all respects. In fact, the work was better than I had expected in various ways; for example, they completely disassembled the downspouts and painted them separately, then re-installed. They also powerwashed the front steps and did some extra caulking just to ensure that the final job looked good. Everything came out terrific, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

The job went extremely well. Results were spectacular and we appreciated the attention to details. Would definitely hire again.

Jesse came out and gave an estimate, a breakdown of what was needed from us, how the process would flow, and the time in which it would take to complete the project. When the time came for him and his crew to come out, the process flowed exactly as he explained. Everyone on his crew was very friendly and professional. If you are looking for punctuality, quality workmanship while painting exterior and interior surfaces and trim work, upbeat, caring, trustworthy workers, and wanting to please the customer 200%, Ace Custom Painting is the company for your needs (Do not confuse this name on Angie's List. This company is Ace CUSTOM Painting and NOT Ace Painting. Custom is the key word in this painting company's name)!! I could not have asked for a better group of 2-4 men working inside and outside of my home for 3 full days. Jesse took scrupulous notes when he came to do the estimate for painting at my home. By the time we had walked inside and outside of my home, I had all my concerns and questions answered completely, knew I was in the best of care (& for a divorced female, that's important), had a gentleman that was eager to please, would be sure he and his crew would do a thorough job, and was open to perfectionism. I cannot make enough positive comments about the estimate process, let alone the incredible painting process that occurred at my home. When Jesse got stuck in traffic on 2 mornings, he immediately texted me and told me of his predicament and estimated an arrival time (actually it was 6 minutes later than his 9:00AM arrival time). He explained & divided the various jobs up among his men (a crew who obviously knew 1 another and worked extremely well together), and got right down to work and stayed focus from start to finish. If I had questions or concerns while work was going on, each of the men were readily open to hear my thoughts/feelings and took the time to help me understand the process of the project or would assure me that the issue I had concern over would be dealt with to my complete happiness & to the correct standards. Jesse was readily available for anything I needed to have clarified as the work was being done or even prior to beginning the work. If they accidentally missed something (because we added the project while they were working and it wasn't on the original work order list), Jesse & Brett were readily on top of it. Because I'm a perfectionist, they had to deal with that trait the entire time they were working on the exterior and interior of my home. God Bless them for putting up with my extremely high standards & need for everything to look perfect! It's with great joy to highly recommend this fabulous company! I've all ready made plans for them to come back and do further work in my home. Such a joy to be around such kind, thoughtful, hard working, excellent painters and gentlemen. Jesse and Brett pretty much painted the entire interior of our home - it came out wonderfully. They were prompt, friendly and professional. They finished ahead of schedule which was great (took only 4 days) . I would definitely hire them again!

Jessie and his partner Brett are fantastic. They are punctual, professional and take pride in their work. They both are extremely friendly and have great personalities. My master bedroom still had wallpaper on the walls. Jessie did an incredible job covering the wallpaper. You cannot even tell they had been papered! My only complaint is that they did get some small drops of paint on the carpet in my son's room and the office. Fortunately, they are in spots where they can be hidden. Regardless, I would hire Ace Custom Painting again in a heartbeat!

Jessie and Bret were professional and did a great job. There was a third individual that came which I did not meet. My husband met them the first day but then afterward we didn't see them until the painting was finished to go over the work and give payment (approx. 2days work). Jesse is outstanding, he gave me some really great recommendations for choosing color and on his way out during the estimate, he asked me if I wanted the small entry space painted to match the foyer, something I completely overlooked. The second time I hired Ace painting (2 weeks later), the guys went above and beyond, by repainting and touching up areas that needed it beyond what they were asked to do so that it blended in with the new. It came out really fantastic. I would hire Jesse and his crew again in a second. It is a really nice group of people, a pleasurable experience and trustworthy company.

We had 4 estimates for our interior paint service, and Ace was very competitive with their pricing, and provided just as much expertise as the 'big business' competition. They were very professional. They arrived on time, worked all day and finished the job a little before the expected time. They definitely tried to please us with their work. They moved furniture and unloaded bookcases. I liked them so well I have hired them to paint our rental house!

Jessie and his team are outstanding. They are very passionate about delivering an excellent product. We hired them to paint my entire house. Starting from the estimate process till the end, Jessie was always upfront and honest about what would it take to make the house beautiful. He came very quickly after my voice mail for the estimate. He again responded very quickly when we decided to pick more colors and accent walls than the original estimate. We schedule the paint job and he showed up at 8:30 AM on the first day with his team. They painted 10 rooms, kitchen, mud room, common area, foyer, stair trim and spindles, 12+ doors on both sides, trim work, and three bathrooms. The bathrooms included ceiling and walls with mold resistance paint. This was a six day long project. Three of them are very meticulous and always attentive to our needs. When one coat was not good enough for the trims, I asked Jessie to do a double coat for extra money. He accommodated my request without any major issue. The end result is fascinating. My house had almost a white pale color and they transformed into a brand new house. They applied 16 different colors on top of meticulous trim work. They seal and caulked all trims before applying the paint. Three of them are easy going and fun to interact. I liked their work very much and ended up giving my garage and exterior paint project.

Absolutely top notch experience with Jesse and his crew. A thorough, thoughtful and professional job. He absolutely went above and beyond. As we did this to spruce up our home for sale, we are so satisfied with the work we plan on using him to paint our new home!

I had Jesse come for an estimate over a year ago and I hired him. Nearing the date of the scheduled work, we decided we were probably going to move so the week before painting we cancelled the job. I felt so bad, but Jesse didn't even charge a cancellation fee. We ended up not listing the house and staying put, so 15 months later, when we were sure we weren't going anywhere, I called Jesse again. He was happy to come by, take a look around, complete the work, and didn't even raise his price! Jesse and his guys did our master bed and bath, 3 additional bedrooms, 2 hallways, the kitchen, and another bath. This included all the trim, ceilings, walls, and doors. They patched 2 large holes hidden by artwork and dozens of other nail holes. They fixed cracks and other wall issues. The doors weren't even part of the deal, but the newly painted trim work was so white and bright that Jesse insisted he do the doors, complimentary. He was just an amazing guy. The 3 of them here at the house was so nice. They were friendly and relaxed and I enjoyed chatting with them from time to time. They were an easy-going crew with a good working relationship. They got all this work done in under 3 days. It is like I have a new house and it is truly beautiful. I would and will hire these guys again, no doubt. I would and did trust them here while I was away. I am very pleased with the work.

3 guys, all very professional, extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. They help you and will do extra for you without extra cost. We are planning paint rest of the house inside and outside and definitely will hire them again. We don't believe in leaving reviews but this guys were exceptionally good
