Jesse is extremely personable, prompt, clean and did a knock-out paint job!

The painting and work Jesse himself did was good.The person who he said was his partner came reeking of tobacco and alcohol. He got paint all over our cabinets and was defensive and said it was there and he did not do it but it was fresh paint. Jesse did not stay the whole time because he said he had another commitment. We did not stay around while his "associate" finished the work and later saw that there was paint left on the cabinet trim and when we called Jesse he said he didn't want to come and remove it until our counters and flooring were in because there might be additional touch up to do. Fine, but we have had a problem getting the counters and the flooring in so in the meantime the paint is going to be even harder to get off. Very disappointed. Not sure how Ace has an A rating with Angie's List.

Arrived promptly. Proceeded to work quietly and efficiently. Beautiful job of painting and cleaning up afterward. We were able to move furniture back into the room that evening. Very Personable; They did a great job. Would not hesitate to use again. Will be recommending to several friends to use this company.

The quality of the paint job is excellent, and the clean up was so thorough I hardly knew he had been here! I will recommend Ace Custom Painting to anyone I know who needs painting.

The service provided was good. He was very timely, he did more than what I ask him to do and I got the worth for the money. I would use them again and I would also refer them. He was friendly, pretty meticulous, quick and neat.

Jesse was fantastic. He was very responsive when I called and was great about follow up. He came over to the house for a quote and was extremely knowledgable and helpful with colors. He was great with our dogs and son. I had three rooms done and they are all very different (kitchen has numerous widows, basement has paneling) and Jesse did a beautiful job with all. Jesse was great. He is very professional and polite and was on top of his schedule and checked in with updates of when he thought he could begin the work. When he was sure of his arrival date he checked in to make sure we were good with the date and could meet with him the day that he was to begin painting. The quote we received from Jesse was a third of the quote that we got from another company. Jesse and his crew scraped, primered and painted the home on schedule with very few issues. He was very good at communicating any issues he might have and added the garage painting at a very reasonable cost since we neglected to include it in the original quote. He also gave me a reasonable quote to paint the interior of the home. I would recommend Ace Custom Painting!! Jesse is great to work with!

The work was performed very quickly and they even made schedule adjustments to meet our needs. We were in a hurry to have the work finished and they made all the necessary work a priority. They were very courteous and professional. They did not require payment until all work was done to our satisfaction. They were very good at asking for and taking direction. They had an excellent attitude and were extremely pleasant to have in our home. They were extremely thorough and noticed every minor detail (many of which that were not addressed by another contractor). I give my highest recommendation and will definitely use them for additional work.
