I have used the maids for over 3 years. They do a great job at a reasonable price. They clean my 4 bedroom home every other week. I would recommend them for your cleaning.

Overall, the experience has been good. I’ve been a customer of theirs for a few years. I can trust them. I continue to employ them because I like them.

The experience has been absolutely outstanding. I’ve been using their services for at least 4 years! They’re excellent! The employees are trustworthy, courteous, and on time. The work that they do the best that I’ve ever had. They’re careful in cleaning everything thoroughly, and pay attention to little details, such as cobwebs on the ceilings. They’re not inexpensive, but they’re fairly price for the service that they give. My home always smells nice when they leave, and they do not use harsh chemicals. I can’t say enough good things about them.

They do a great job. We always have the option to request them to focus on specific areas, otherwise they just do a full housecleaning. We’ve had to call them back to have them re-do some things on occasion, but they’ve been very responsive. Their price is competitive. I use them on an ongoing basis.

The first time cleaning price is high, but worth it. Follow up monthly cleanings were much more reasonable but unfortunately not in the budget.

They come in with a cleaning crew of 4 people. It seems that some of the crew or more experienced than the others.

I have a 1400 sq ft home. I was on the The Maids cleaning schedule for about a year. The first couple times the did a decent job, but the last few visits have gotten a little rushed and I've had to go over a some areas after they left. They also raised their rates a couple months ago and their services have not been worth the money in my opinion. It takes them one hour (with a team of 4) to clean my house and I get charged 156.00. Also, they have quite a little scheme going, they call you 24 hours to "remind" you that they are coming, but if you cancel before 48 hours you get charged a $30 cancellation fee (they charge this even if you reschedule within a few days!)! I find that to be a steep fee no matter if you cancel within 48 or 24 hours.They are a rip off in my opinion, I don't appreciate being nickel & dimed to death. I will not be using them again.

I spent $146 for the last service. The job done by them was good. They are punctual and they do a good job of cleaning. They are a little bit higher, but you get what you pay for. I would use their services in the future too. In fact, it’s an ongoing service for every two weeks.

They showed up a little late. They were supposed to be there at 8 and came at 845. No big deal. There were four people and they introduced them all by name. They were very nice. I came home about 1.5 hours later and they were smoking in my driveway, but the house was beautiful.

First visit went pretty good. Then next few visits inconsistent. Any requests made did not get relayed to other assigned teams. Every week was a different time but the same day. About the 4th visit the house hardly looked clean. Complete areas undusted and floor which are claimed to be cleaned on hands and knees had visible dirt or crumbs. I sent pictures and said I no longer wanted to continue service. They offered to do the work at the same time each week with the same team to gain consistency. The next 2 visits were NOT stellar...and then they changed the team and again, many areas not clean with visible dirt etc. Our house in general is kept tidy so after a house cleaning I expected a clean house. Not the case with this company. We have terminated the relationship.

I think it went okay overall. I requested but did not receive a phone call when they were on their way. They missed some spots here and there but I thought that they did a decent job overall. I don't think it was anything special.

I would still use them, but they are so expensive! The women that come in, most can not speak English. They bring a leader with them that speak English. They did not like to work with me on items to or not to clean. They are good at cleaning, but I would like to be able to communicate with them as well. They developed a minimum cleaning time of 2 hours, which is unnecessary with my house. The first clean they charge even more, going through everything to make sure the home is clean from baseboards to floors. They insist on it, even though they had come before in the past. They knew my house, and wish they would not have wanted to charge this. The rules are crazy. I tried to work with them on price. I would continue to use them if they weren't so expensive.

They were very good. It would take them about four hours to clean the house or they had four people for two hours. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good housecleaning company.

They come with a crew of three and it takes them about an hour. The team leader is usually the same person each time. If I have a problem I call the office and if needed the field rep. will come talk to us. Basically they do a good job but I feel they need to slow down at times.

The maids do a great job cleaning the house once a week. Since they come with 4 people it usually takes them less than an hour. I do find that they are expensive, but you get what you pay for. I like that they come with the same team every week.

They were timely. They were great. The team leader was great, and there were always three or four people that came to do the work. They worked really well together. They would have the whole house clean in an hour. By myself it would take me a week. The only reason we aren't using them anymore is because we had to cut back on our budget, and they were very understanding when we told them.

The service was overall ok, sometimes better than others. I would have continued to use the company, but the last experience I had with them proved that they took advantage. I hired them to clean my rental property prior to new tenants moving in. The house was empty and what I would think would have been an easier job. The invoice was around $400.00. When I called Sharon to ask why it was so high, she said that they cleaned out counters and drawers and appliances. The fact was that they did not clean out the drawers or appliances. I could not justify paying this much and have not used them since.

VERY NICE PEOPLE CLEANED MY HOUSE, BUT I DON'T THINK IT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN FOUR PEOPLE 3 HOURS & 10 MINUTES TO CLEAN THIS SPACE.

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR 4-5 YEARS. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND THE TURNOVER IS LOW. ANGIE IS CONSISTENT AND CARING. WHENEVER I HAVE HAD ISSUES, THEY HAVE BEEN QUICKLY RESOLVED AND ONCE PER YEAR, CHRYSTAL DOES A PHENOMENAL JOB ON MY WINDOWS. I HAVE COME TO TRUST THEM WITH MY HOME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I GOT A CALL THAT MY CLEANING SCHEDULE WOULD NOT BE INTERRUPTED AND I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT THERE WILL BE AN INCREASE IN THE PRICE OF 50% AND THE SCHEDULED TIME WAS FOR THE NEXT DAY. I ASKED IF I COULD HAVE A LITTLE TIME (ONE WEEK TO BE EXACT), HE SAID HE COULD GIVE ME AN INCREASE OF $20, I SAID COULD YOU GIVE ME THE SAME RATE FOR THIS NEXT CLEANING AND HE SAID IT WOULD STILL BE A $20 INCREASE WITH NO LEAD TIME. I ASKED IF IT WAS WORTH LOSING A CUSTOMER OF TWO YEARS FOR $20. HE SAID "WELL, IT IS WHAT WE HAVE TO DO". I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY ARE WILLING TO LOSE A TWO YEAR CUSTOMER OVER $20 .

FANTASTIC QUALITY, COMPETITIVE PRICE. IF THEY MISS SOMETHING, THEY RETURN WITHIN 24 HOURS TO TAKE CARE OF IT. THEY BRING SEVERAL WORKERS AT A TIME AND ARE GREAT AT GETTING TO THE DETAILS. I APPRECIATE THEIR DEPENDABILITY. UPDATE: WHEN I FIRST HIRED THEM THEY WERE EXCELLENT, THEN THE QUALITY OF THE CLEANING DECLINED. THEY EVEN GAVE ME A FREE CLEAN BECAUSE ONE WAS SO TERRIBLE. THEY TRIED TO DO EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO MAKE IT RIGHT, BUT THE CONSISTENCY WENT DOWN AND NEVER CAME BACK UP. THEY WERE AN "A" BUT WENT TO A "C" IN QUALITY.

FOR THE MONEY, I DID NOT THINK THAT THEY PROVIDED MUCH OF A SERVICE. ALSO, THE OWNER TOLD ME MY EXPECTATIONS WERE TOO HIGH WHICH INSINUATED THAT HE JUST DID NOT WANT MY BUSINESS. ANOTHER THING I DIDN'T LIKE IS THAT THEY USUALLY SEND DIFFERENT PEOPLE, SO IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC NEEDS AND YOU AREN'T HOME, THEY WON'T KNOW THAT.
