Description of Work: I've been using this service for nearly a year. They clean 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, kitchen, living room, dining room and playroom. They send 4 people who somehow manage to finish all this cleaning in just over an hour. While I've generally been happy, it has only been the last few visits that I've been home while they are cleaning. I am not happy with the time spent (they seemed rushed) nor was I happy with the care provided for my furniture (possibly due to trying to rush the cleaning). I plan on canceling this service and finding another one.

I WAS TOLD IT WAS $90 AN HOUR. I WAS GIVEN FOUR PEOPLE TO PERFORM THE WORK. I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ITEMIZED BILL. I DID NOT GET A SENIOR DISCOUNT OR KNOW IF THEY GIVE ONE. THEY WERE LATE AND HERE FOR OVER AN HOUR. THINGS WERE MISSED BUT IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. BASICALLY THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB.

THIS CREW WAS ROUGH ON OUR HOME. THEIR LAST VISIT RESULTED IN BREAKAGE OF EXPENSIVE ITEMS THAT WERE DISCONTINUED, SENTIMENTAL. BECAUSE THE ITEMS WERE DISCONTINUED AND COULD NOT BE REPLACED WITH THE SAME ITEMS, THE COMPANY INSISTED ON REPLACING WITH SIMILAR ITEMS THAT THEY THOUGHT WERE 'APPROPRIATE'. ALTHOUGH THEY CLAIMED THEY CARRIED INSURANCE, THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO REPLACE OUR LOSS WITH A FAIR MONETARY AMOUNT. THEY NEVER DID REPAY US FOR WHAT THEY DAMAGED. ALSO, WERE HIGHLY ARGUMENTATIVE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

THIS MEMBER HAD USED OUR SERVICE EVERY OTHER WEEK FOR 2 YEARS, AND WE TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF HER. ANY TIME SHE HAD A PROBLEM WE RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY AND TOOK CARE OF IT. WE HAD REPLACED ITEMS THAT WERE DAMAGED THAT WE DID NOT EVEN KNOW THAT WE DAMAGED WITHOUT ANY QUESTION. THIS FINAL INCIDENT WE KNEW ABOUT, AND INFORMED THE MEMBER. WE WENT TO GREAT LENGTHS TO DO WHAT WAS RIGHT AND REPLACE OR REIMBURSE UP TO 2 TIMES THE VALUE OF THE ITEMS AND THE MEMBER WAS LOOKING FOR 3-4 TIMES. THE SITUATION WAS VERY UNFORTUNATE AND WE DID EVERYTHING WE COULD TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION IN A PROFFESIONAL MANNER. THIS MEMBER IS VERY PARTICULAR AND WOULD NOT HAVE USED OUR SERVICE FOR 2 YEARS IF OUR QUALITY WAS A "D". IN FACT, WE DO NOT BELIEVE SHE WOULD HAVE ACCEPTED ANTHING LESS THAN "A" QUALITY AND "A" SERVICE. WE DO NOT FEEL THIS IS A FAIR OR ACCURATE REPORT.
