Description of Work: To start, they were late to the appointment. Then they gave us an estimate of $500 just to replace the insides of a leaky Kohler toilet. Then they wanted to charge us $165 to remove 4 screws and an 8x4 plywood to expose some pipelines. After I complained about the prices, the company did try to lower the prices significantly. However, I was able to get my toilet to stop running by bending a little rod in the tank. It was a simple fix and I find it ridiculous that the company was trying to up sell the services that we needed and wanted $500 for it.
