Description of Work: Repaired A/C system which quit working entirely. They came promptly after they were called and fixed the problem promptly and professionally.

Description of Work: Have had repeated problems for four years since we converted our furnace from propane to natural gas. After four different companies out to work on it, Smylie was the only one to call manufacturer about our problem. They put a part on that never was installed during the changeover. Description of Work: In 2009, Smylie One had the best proposal for installation of high-efficiency furnace & A/C unit. The old systems were removed & new were installed quickly, cleanly, & professionally ... they even returned 2 years later to re-set the A/C compressor unit, which had settled differentially due to the sloping yard & lousy soils we have in NE Ohio, placing a substantial gravel base, all at no cost. Since that time, we have had them perform semi-annual maintenance and, each time, the technician arrived when scheduled and performed a full series of system checks, w/ adjustments as needed. They have all been very pleasant & professional, and we will continue to use them (they are currently scheduled for the October service).

Description of Work: We have their yearly program, so we use them twice a year for summer and winter preparedness. Once we had to call them at midnight because our heat went off and they responded within the hour, found the problem and fixed it.

Description of Work: They had to replace a pipe that carried water from the furnace boiler, as one had cracked and water leaked over the basement floor. They also used a computerized camera to check the drains outside the house to determine if they were clogged.
