Description of Work: I called and made an appointment for Wenesday, they called and canceled that one, rescheduled for Thursday, called in the am to cancel because an emergency at a business had happened overnight, rescheduled for late Friday afternoon. By 4:30 on Friday, no plumber and no call. I called someone else then called them to tell them I was moving on. I had a prepaid promo coupon for a discount, which I forfeited.

Description of Work: They came to install an Aiprilaire whole house humidifier. They did a great job, very nice guys. It took longer than expected but they said something about a defective part (not their fault).

Description of Work: Two representatives came out on November 18th. They analyzed my boiler and called another associate to come and take measurements. That associate came out on the 18th, took measurements and I never heard from them again. I tried to contact them again on the 30 of November. No response. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: There was a mix-up with Angie's list not getting my request for service to them. I called Smylie One directly and they were very apologetic, honored the Angie's List promotion price and got someone to my house the next day. They were prompt & professional. I ended up becoming part of the "partnership" program which is a relief to know that I know who will be arriving at my house if I need service and for my annual a/c & heating checkups. |I not only had my a/c, furnace and plumbing checked but I had them replace the "guts" of all 5 of my toilets that have run for years and a new stainless steel garbage disposal installed to replace one that kept backing up and leaking under my sink. |I would highly recommend Smylie One!
