Jacob was on time and very thorough, very knowledgeable.

He did a really nice job. Washed the cells down and did a good job of it. Had a problem with the humidifier again and he serviced that for us. He takes the time to clean out the humidifier. He changes the filter for us as well.

I think they’re prices are too high for the work that they do, and I just wasn’t overly satisfied.

The experience has gone very well. I’ve been very happy with them. Initially when I had the boiler replaced, the technician was familiar with older homes and boilers, gave me options, was prompt with returning my phone can. The servicemen have been considerate and always call on their way, and clean up after themselves. When I have had concerns, they were responsive and didn’t charge to come to check. I would recommend them.

As far as I could tell, everything went okay. They did what they were supposed to do. Overall, I’m happy with their services.

It was a good experience, and other people in our family have used them. They arrive on time and as scheduled, and do the job. Their price is competitive, and they give you a deal if you join for a year (and a pay a fee, if you have a lot of work to do in your home).

They seem to be just fine any time they’ve come in for anything. We haven’t had a problem. The technicians arrive on time and as scheduled. I’m happy with their services.

The whole experience was excellent. From the first phone call, the salesman's visit, the installation... everyone was kind, professional, and quick. Every question was answered in detail, and options were always given when possible. There was no sales pressure, just good. solid advice. And in the end, my parents received a high-quality HVAC system at a very reasonable price. We definitely will do more business with Smylie One.

They gave me a "window" of between 3:00-5:00 which I've never experienced with a contractor doing a sales call. They called me at 5:00 and told me they would be late (Duh!). An employee showed up at 5:30 but did not seem knowledgable in the areas in which I needed estimates. He was courteous and did his best, but was new and wasn't familar with all of Smylies service offerings. He told me he would capture the information about my service needs and I would receive an estimate in the mail. Three weeks later I have not received an estimate or a phone call. To offer a time "window" for a sales call, miss it, send an unprepared person to gather information, and then not follow up with the estimate was very unprofessional...and a waste of my time.

Explained what the different furnace options we had. Same for the a/c. Installed on the days agreed upon. The installer, Mark, made sure that the a/c was installed quickly and correctly so we were able to use it that day which was hot and humid!!

They do excellent work. They are all very professional and clean up after themselves. They come on time or will notify me if they are unable to do so.

Smylie One did all the work very professionally and neatly. They cleaned up after they themselves and carefully covered over where the old furnace was in our storage room (that is behind the family room) greatly expanding the amount of space we have to store things. Their customer service from beginning to end is top notch.

Called Smylie One at 8 AM and technician arrived at 10:00 AM. Quickly diagnosed problem as a failed capacitor and replaced it. Checked to make sure unit was functioning and then did a quick inspection of the furnace unit as well. Technician Eric was very polite and professional. I would certainly recommend this company to a friend and/or family member. I also signed up for their Protection Plus program which is also a great deal. Service completed in under one hour.

Smylie One started on the day they scheduled me. It took three days and they were prompt and very professional in every way. I am very pleased. They sealed all the runs, replaced and tightened parts, and made all adjustments necessary to make the furnaces work efficiently.

Workers called and informed me that they were running behind. They were just a tad behind. The Heating/Ac crew started working on replaceing the furnance. the plumbing crew began replacing the water lines. Both crews completed the task at hand in one day--the heating/ac crew finsihed first. The plumbing crew had to work a little longer as all the water lines were removed. The water had been turned off, so the plumbing crew returned and checked for leaks, lit the hot water tank, after the water was turned on. My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of work and the price. I would definitely recommend Symlie One and I plan on using them in the spring to reconnect the AC.

As indicated above, the technician replaced the capacitor and added some freon. The A/C unit, which was installed in 1993, performed well for the rest of the summer. $400 is a lot cheaper than a new A/C unit...so hopefully this repair will last a couple years

Everything went fabulous. Our other one had broken during the cold spell, they came out and got the new unit and installed everything within days and didn't charge me a dime until the job was complete. I would definitely recommend him. He did great work.

They have been exceptionally reliable and honest people. We really appreciate them. They have been really good. I have had a lot of unhappy experience since I got here with people that I thought were shady so it was a real comfort to meet honest reliable competent people from Smiley.

They did a very nice job. We had them take apart our air cleaner, soak the cells and replaced the humidifier filter. He didn?t rush through and he took his time. Something from the water had blocked up the lines to our humidifier. He took the time to clean it out and opened up the lines. I would say he did an excellent job for us. He went above and beyond the call of duty. The price was fair.

When it happened again we called them out and they came in and told us that we had to replace our whole furnace. We had a maintenance agreement in the past. We then had a second opinion that told us it was fine and they just had to clean a contact. The price went from $6000 for a whole new furnace to the other company coming in and fixing it for less than a couple hundred. I don?t think the quality was there either. They did come once on a weekend which we appreciate.

They are wonderful people. They do very nice work. I would have them in my home any time. They come and they do what they say. They do perfect work.

Was obviously impressed by Smylie because we chose them - had work done immediately rather than postponing to end of the year because (1) our a/c needed to be replaced too (we hardly ever use it but figured we could reap the benefits this summer and (2) because of special mfgr discounts extended now. Never felt pressured by the salesperson (Marty) who spent a lot of time explaining all the options. The owner (Gary) came out to personally review the air flow requirements of our house and address concerns over the evenness of heat & a/c between floors (without having to spend huge $ on zoning). But true commendations must go to the installers (Mark & Mike). At our request, they made special trips out and around our house (up a fairly steep hill) to remove the old equipment and not track mud/dirt etc through the house, and they must have made at least 60 trips up and down over the 2 days, without complaint. They made so little noise I hardly knew they were here, and they were most kind to our aging dog who wasn't always friendly. I have already recommended Smylie to a friend (to have them check out their a/c and quote a solution for them as they were NOT happy with price quotes obtained so far). I think Smylie is a "hidden gem" and am glad I found them via Angie's list as I only recently joined. I figure the $ saved paid for my membership.

The experience was pretty good. I've used them in the past and sometimes I've had to call them a couple of times to get them to come out. When they come, they usually do good work, but getting them out sometimes has been a little bit troublesome. They do quality work and their price is good. When they do come, they are here when they say they will be.

We are very happy with them. They stuck to their quote, they came on time, they cleaned up, and they did what they said they would do. They worked within our time frame and budget.
