They did a great job with the installation of a new furnace, humidifier & I-wave for us. They called the day before to confirm our appointment for the installation & they arrived the next day at the set time. The installation was done quickly & efficiently & the team cleaned up the area after completing the job. The young men who did the installation were pleasant, and respectful & answered our questions.

I've been with Smylie One for years. They check my AC in the spring and my furnace in the fall. Dylan does a great job. Also, I highly recommend getting their service agreement so that if you have an emergency, you get preferential service!

It was fine. Dylan was very informative and professional. Wish he could've ordered the correct filter for my HVAC unit instead of telling me what filter he thought would be the correct one. I'm fine with that. Overall, Dylan was very helpful.

Last year, Smylie One installed a new furnace, and when they finished, I asked why it smelled like gas and was told it was normal. I smelled gas for a week, but when I called the operator (a man) told me (a woman) that I was not smelling gas, just oil to prevent rust. After being gaslit, I hesitated and didn't think to call the gas co. Luckily, Dominion sent an inspector to check the house for a rebate the next week, who found a gas leak in the furnace and said: leave the house and call Smylie to fix it NOW. It took hours and multiple calls for a tech to fix the gas leak, which he smelled from the outside. No one apologized until I asked, they only offered two years of membership and I asked instead for a full maintenance plan. The A/C maintenance cancelled the day of and ignored my message to reschedule. Then heat maintenance came and charged 1.5x the price of a new air filter. I gave them a year to demonstrate better service, but instead did the opposite.

What a great experience!! The ease of setting up an appointment with Justin for plumbing to the work being performed by CJ and the man he was training. Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.
