Perfect job. I’ve had my house covered by Smylie for over 15 years without one regret or complaint. There are others who are good, but none better. I keep using Smylie because there is no pressure. When they arrive, no one is in a hurry. They focus on the problem at hand and I have never had mAmylie cut a corner or rush a job. That is what keeps me coming back.

The initial service call was prompt, the following business day a salesperson came out to determine the need, on the same day we got a quote, and on the following day the unit was installed. Incredible execution.

We recently switched to them and are glad we did. We have their version of a service contract (very inexpensive) and when our A/C had a problem on Labor Day - they came right out with no extra cost. Smiley One was very accommodating to our time constraints (we needed after 4pm). The technician was punctual, quickly assessed the issue (a malfunctioning thermostat), and offered solutions within our budget. He replaced the thermostat and helped ensured that it was sending signals to our heat source in the basement. He also went above and beyond by helping us learn how our boiler works and how to re-light the pilot if it goes out.

DO NOT CALL THEM ... THEY HAVE MORE BUSINESS THAN THEY CAN TAKE CARE OF... at least that is the way they act. Yesterday I called in early morning to request an estimate on a new system. The person taking the call responded by telling me how hot it was and how busy they were. She acted as if she was doing me a favor by taking the call, but said someone would get back to me. Over 24 hours later, while I was gone, someone left me a message that if I wanted an estimate to call his cell phone. I called the cell phone. It was not answered, but I left a message to call me after 4pm. The return call was never made. I understand people in this business are very busy on hot days, however, how long does it take to make a phone call and set up an appointment? I did business with this company a number of years ago. They have changed in the wrong way. They should understand the importance of a customer and that the sale to that customer begins when they answer the phone.

They do good work. I've had them do various jobs around my home for the past several years. Customer Service is good and friendly, everything is good, he worked very hard that day, so I give them credits for it.

I had several representatives from the company come out to repair my boiler. The same issue was miss diagnosed on several different occasion's. The problem wasn't resolved until after unnecessary money and time was wasted. Several tries later, the problem was finally diagnosed and repaired efficiently. It's been a few years since that repair. I've had no further problems with it since then.

The estimate process went fine; there was no pressure at all. They were timely as well. When we replaced the furnace, it went smoothly. The technicians were on time, courteous, and cleaned up their work area. Very professional all the way around.

Everything went very smoothly from the scheduler on the phone through to Jeff making repairs. He came on time. Gave me a good assessment of what was going on and was able to fix both problems. Furthermore, he also looked at a few things in the house for me to give opinions on how much longer my hot water tank would last and outside drainage around house. Excellent service.

The tech was prompt, professional and thorough. He provided a much more economical solution to the problem than the previous contractor who just tried to sell me a new furnace.
