Top to Bottom Housing Inspections LLC

A colleague of mine recommended Top to Bottom housing inspection LLC to me. I called Top to Bottom, and talked with Lewis Messer. When I talked with him, I told him that I only have 10 days to do the home inspection. Lewis is so nice, and said that he can do the home inspection in the weekend. When he said that, I almost already decided to use him to do my home inspection. Plus, the inspection fee is about $100 less than other home inspection companies (I am buying a condo). So I made a schedule with Lewis to do the home inspection for the condo that I am purchasing. Lewis showed up on time and first inspected the roof. Then he reviewed all areas of the house, including electricity, plumbing, kitchen, bathroom, and attics, efficiently and thoroughly. He did not inspect the dish washer, because the water valve was turned off by the seller. He told me that he has no right to turn it on. During the inspection, I followed him around as he did the inspection and he pointed out the problems and explained to me. He really had a good attitude, and answered all of my questions professionally and patiently. For some of the problems he pointed out, and he also gave me a price estimate for the repair. He also told me how to maintain some appliances inside the house. I will use Top to Bottom home inspection again, and I will also recommend him to my friends.
