+ -1 moreI've emailed back and forth with Spencer. He promises he will be out to complete the job, even specifies the day he'll be here, then never shows up!
Description of Work: I received an estimate for leaves to be removed from my property. We agreed on estimate and I was told by the owner, Spencer Bainter, that he would do the job in two visits. The first visit, he would take care of current fallen leaves, then return when the rest of the leaves fell. Well, he did the first part of the job and I made the HUGE mistake of paying him before he returned to finish the job. It is February and he has still NOT completed the job! He promises and promises that he will return to complete the job, but he never has. I'm giving him one more week before I report him to the BBB. I trusted him to do a basic job and he has proven that he does not know how to effectively run a business. I'm disappointed and stuck with leaves that I'll now have to pay someone else to remove. Ridiculous.
