His market knowledge and easy-going personality, made the house-search process painless for this timid buyer. His construction background added a top-level knowledge assessment to each home's qualities. During the contract assembly and bid process, he instructed zero-faults paperwork AND was an effective representative to other realtors & homeowners. I appreciate Steve's interest in me personally as a buyer. He quickly established a good repoire with me and the family. That extra effort helped me get past the 'client feel' and quickly to the 'relationship feel' with him. I'm glad to have worked with Steve (and Tina), and would do so again without hesitation.

Steve is an excellent real estate agent! He made his years of experience evident as he walked me through homes and pointed out the pros and cons of each.
