+ 1 moreEverything went exceptionally well from start to finish on both jobs. I met Chris when he was remodeling a realtor's house across the street from me. He was highly recommended by the realtor. I found Chris to be very professional, personable, prompt and a perfectionist!! Always returns calls and answers questions. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the work Chris has performed. I would recommend him to anyone, and am planning on contracting with him to do a bathroom makeover very soon.
Description of Work: Installed approx. 300 sq. ft. of vinyl flooring. Applied skim coat of floor leveler, cleaned and prepped area. Made a template of kitchen, dining rm., laundry closet and pantry closet floors. Cut and installed 87 linear feet of baseboard around perimeter. Cleaned and disposed of all debris. The first time I contracted him was in Sept. of 2009. At that time he installed 1200 sq. ft. of laminate flooring throughout my home. Installed vapor barrier/underlalyment throughout area. Installed expansion joints between connecting rooms, transition strips, reducers, and end caps. Removed all existing baseboard, cut and installed new baseboard. Total for this job was $4,060.00. In the middle of this my washing machine overflowed causing damage to installed floor and underlayment. Chris was hired by my insurance to clean and reinstall which included water extraction, dry and dehumidify area. Treated area with appropriate sealants to prevent mold growth and basically did the same as stated above.

+ 0 moreI am extremely satisfied with his work. The work was professional and excellent. The price was good. He has a lot of work backed up so sometimes he can't get to me as soon as I would like him to be for the rental. He is there when he says he will be. I will continue to use him.
Description of Work: I used Reed Building & Contracting for work on my rental. He has been doing work since last November. He does home improvements, repairs and modifications.
