The settlement went as smoothly as any I've ever seen. Ron Hinds at Prudential One, REALTORS (2496 Commons Blvd, Beavercreek, 937-426-7070 ext 104) was knowledgeable and provided exactly the right service at the right time. When we first saw the house we were interested in, we asked him whether he could arrange for us to see the inside. He had made an appointment for the following day. He gave us time when we needed it, but helped us along every step of the way. At the end, Ron even helped find contractors for some house repairs that we needed. Ron made the whole experience seem easy. We would recommend him to friends and family any time.
Description of Work: Ron Hinds at Prudential One REALTORS provided excellent service representing the buyers in the purchase of a new home in the Fairborn/Beavercreek area. We were moving into the Dayton area and did not have good business contacts there. Ron was recommended by a family member who had also had great experience with him. He provided great advice through the process and helped us make arrangements for utilities. The whole thing went very smoothly, thanks in large part to Ron's active participation. We will recommend him to friends and family and will be sure to call him again whenever we need help with real estate. A+++
