Homeowners beware. This company does not do what they say. They destroyed our yard and gave reassurances theyâ d be back to fix and finish the job. Nothing was done and about 50% was done of what they were paid to do. We are trusting people and paid in full as we were assured they would be back to finish and clean up and fix the damages. No. Kyle is extremely unprofessional and certainly not trustworthy. His excuse now after letting time run out with the BBB is that we wouldnâ t pay in full if it wasnâ t correct. We were scammed by this complany. He now acts like and actually said we are trying to swindle money from him. That couldnâ t be further from the truth. All weâ ve asked is for him to do what he says. Itâ s a shame that people and companies like this exist. His attitude on the job site is beyond rude and unprofessional. He would barge into our home with out knocking to the point my wife was uncomfortable being home when he was there. Protect your friends and family from this awful company.

Kyle repaired a leak in our water line to our barn for a fraction of the cost quoted to us by Roto Rooter. He did quality work, quickly and efficiently. We will most definitely be hiring him again for another project that we are planning in the near future- thanks Kyle!

He was supposed to get back to us on purchasing a tank. He never returned our call. Project was not completed.

In the process of selling our home the home inspector found a pipe sticking out of the ground he thought might indicate the presence of a buried fuel tank. Kyle responded quickly to my inquiry on Home Advisor. He explained what his process would be. He came the next day and sure enough he found a tank. He brought his crew and quickly dug up the tank and properly disposed of it. He and his crew were great. I highly recommend him if you need excavating service.

Kyle and his team were amazing! I had to replace the main water line from the meter in my yard through the wall in my basement. Down to earth, very efficient, fast service, and a clever technique to replace the water line -- saved my yard from being torn up and saved me a lot of money. I'm already looking at the next job with Kyle. Highly recommend.

We had a broken sewer main that needed to be replaced. We initially got a quote from another large company that seemed pretty high. We found Kyle in home advisor and he gave us a quote for a much more reasonable price. He came and did the job himself and he didn t leave until he found a solution. We had some trouble with the broken pipe under our foundation and he figured out how to fix it without having to tear out any of the basement floor. We would highly recommend Kyle for any sewer main repairs. He was also very personable and easy to work with!

Kyle replaced the water line from my well to the house. Was able to do the job the next day and was able to pull the line from the house so the only excavation was at the well.

I had a piece of concrete break in our slab on A/C vent and Kyle responded quick. He dropped by and helped me out by supplying some materials and walking me through a fix. When I asked what he wanted for payment he said not to worry about it (it's worth noting this was a day before the "stay at home" order). Truly an awesome person with great knowledge and love for his work, highly suggested.

Kyle is a very dedicated person to his job.he's the 7th person that I called regarding my water line leaked problem and he's the only one that responded to me right away.He ask me some more details about it and the next morning he came by to check it personally.He gave me a reasonable quote and I agreed to it.They finish the job in Just a day if u combine all the hours they work by replacing the whole water line from street to my shut off valve which is located at my laundry room.Kyle is very dependable,honest,hard working and most of all a kind person.So I highly Recommend him and his company to do the job for everyone who got a water problem.God Bless U, Kyle.

Did not show up when he said he would and tends to stretch the truth. I got the story that he lost my phone #. How does a guy lose the phone # of someone whose job he has not finished.?

Kyle was prompt, and worked long and hard on a tough project for us, in miserable weather. We had a water service entrance failure, and in repairing it, Montgomery County Water informed me that I had lead pipes from the service entrance up to the house, that needed to be replaced. Kyle showed up on time, gave me a good estimate, and was able to get to work within hours. While working on the project, he discovered that I only had a couple of feet of galvanized pipe, and that it transitioned to copper thereafter. Although he could well have just torn up the whole yard and replaced all of the pipe, as estimated, he let me know about the changed needs, he rescued the project, completed it earlier and cheaper than planned. I was most appreciative!
