We were trying to get the project done ahead of having our painter who was scheduled for July. Joe did an excellent job of communicating his availability and doing his best to get here to meet our timeline. The work was completed right at the beginning of July and allowed us to keep the schedule we had with our painter. Joe did a good job on the repairs and took time to thoroughly caulking in those areas.

Joe replaced our master bedroom and staircase carpet with hardwood, and they look beautiful. He even returned a couple of times to assess the staircase planks and ensure they were remaining strongly in place. We had a large portion of our wall removed for some internal plumbing work, and Joe repaired it in such a way that we can't tell where the work was done. He also painted three rooms in our home and assisted us choose a high quality paint with the finish we wanted. In addition, Joe refurbished a brick sidewalk of ours that was deteriorating and painted a leak stain in our stomped ceiling. Finally, we wanted a special "cat door" completed for our elderly cats, and it turned out perfectly (the kitties love it and so does mommy). I highly recommend Joe for any job. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, fair with his pricing, reliable and overall a nice and professional gentleman.
