Fine Line Roofing

I was very pleased with James and his roofing company Fine Line Roofing. I had wind damage to a property about 30 mins from where he lived. James was in the middle of renovating and preparing to move into his new house. He took the time to meet me at the property and inspect my roof. He advised I seek insurance help. I got approved and within a week he was able to go out and complete the roof (in one day tear off 2 layers and add on new roof) with dimensional shingles at no extra charge!! James is really good at what he does and I was very impressed by his work. He had constant communication with me throughout the entire process. I definitely would recommend James, owner of Fine Line Roofing.

Newly purchased home and I needed a new garage roof in about two weeks or else I was going to be dropped by my homeowners insurance. James gave an honest evaluation of the garage roof, and took a look at the roof on the house as well. He let me know that the roof on the garage didn't need torn up and replaced, which would be more expensive, but that he was able to put one last layer on the roof. He also pointed out a few small issues on the house roof that would become big issues if not dealt with. James worked up an estimate to have everything taken care of. When purchasing the home the realtor had a couple of companies come out and provide an estimate on the garage roof. James' price was by far the most competitive, which is why I went with James. This is not the reason why I will come back to him for any other work I will need done. I work in the service industry managing a restaurant so customer service is a big part of my everyday life. Being someone who doesn't know much about the trades, when you go into a transaction to have anything major repaired you are always concerned about whether you are going to be overcharged, whether the quality of work you are going to receive will be up to standard, if the guy who is going to be doing the work is going to be professional et cetera. It is SO refreshing to see a family man who his brand. To see someone whose main concern is the correct amount of high quality work, to resolve the situation, in a reasonable time frame. He shoots straight. He listens. He answers any and all questions. He communicates in a timely fashion. He does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. He goes above and beyond (he even cleaned my gutters while he was up there). He takes pride in his work, and he doesn't collect payment until you are satisfied with the quality of work he has provided. It's never fun having to shell out money for repairs. When it is someone who provides the level of work and service that James does it makes it easier. I know I'm going to Wayne when I need my car repaired. It's nice to know that if I ever need any work done on my roof, I'm calling James.

James was very professional and friendly, from the estimate all the through the completion of the job. I received several estimates and James was the only one who personally went over the estimate with me line by line, answering my questions and explaining it all. My previous roof had inadequate venting and he explained the different options I had and his suggestions on what would work better for me and why. He kept me informed of their progress daily. He and the rest of his crew did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. My roof and gutters look great. I would definitely recommend his company. A+

The job was done so quickly. The mess was cleaned up just as promised. This really was a hassle free project. We will definitely use Fine Line Roofing in the future. They solved any problems that arose and just got the job done. We appreciated the outstanding customer service and professionalism of the team.

From my first phone call with Fine Line Roofing I was impressed. I had been referred by a friend and I wasn't disappointed. After our first phone call, James came by the house and inspected our roof. He confirmed hail damage from a recent storm. He spoke with my insurance company and provided them the details they needed. James later met the adjuster at our home and showed him the damage that had been done. Once our insurance company processed the claim we scheduled the installation of the new roof. The communication was good during the scheduling. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep. The installation was the most impressive. Many companies have nice salesperson that will come out and meet with you. Fine Line was more than that. The entire roofing crew was professional, friendly, and respectful of our property. When they were done I didn't have any mess around the house.

James Langham made clear and confident assessments and recommendations, provided sound advice and kept us updated every step of the way, face to face, and via email and voice mail. Mr Langham also advocated for us skillfully and diplomatically with our home insurance company. James was on the job himself everyday, his crew was friendly, and instilled confidence with their obvious diligence. Mr Langham personally impressed us as exceptionally conscientious, knowledgeable, skilled, and is genuinely enthusiastic about his work. We feel very fortunate to have found James' Fine LIne Roofing. We love the new look of our home, and the sense of security we have as a result of the work James and his crew performed for us. I could go on and on; James was very easy to contact, and was available and patient in answering all our questions. James provided us with samples to aid our decision, and provided a list of addresses at which he had completed work, and which we were free to see. I'll summarize by saying, without fear that I am exaggerating, that we felt honored to have James and the crew of Fine Line Roofing apply their expertise and skill to our home. This man and his crew worked with a sense of devotion that was inspiring.

James Langham is the owner/operator of Fine Line Roofing. He not only gets business for his company, but he does all the labor as well. He had a crew of three and it took them only 3 days to install a new roof on my house, garage, and patio overhang. We first started to know James when he gave us his estimate. He told us a little about himself, his company, and what type of service he could provide. He was not pushy and he did not oversell in any way. He was honest, direct and to the point and brought his information with a nice personable touch. I did not pick James because of his estimate, becuase it was comparable to 3 other companies. I picked James because of the way he brought the information to me, not cocky, not rude, not invasive, but as a gentleman with a sincere honesty and integrity that I could feel from the first words out of his mouth. James kept me posted via text and called me right away if he ran into any snags. The first snag was I had rotted plywood and he was able to change without a problem. Pretty common problem with old roofs. The next snag was the dryer vent he pulled out that was completely clogged with lint and definitely was a fire hazard. He replaced with a more age friendly vent and more suitable for air to escape. The next snag was my skylight window. James said because of the way the seal was it would only be a matter of time before it leaked and so he said he would replace and not charge me for the install labor. He didn't want to see me have to replace in one, two, or three years, and at what cost would it have been when the leak was finally recognized. The last night James and his crew worked until 9:30 p.m. because of a storm that was coming in, he wanted to ensure everything was buttoned down and taken care of. Thanks James!!!!! When the job was complete I got up on my roof and could not believe how awesome it looked. These guys are a small company, but extremely professional, courteous, knowledgable and reliable. I would take them over a big company any day of the week and it all starts with James Langham as the owner of Fine Line Roofing. He is a respected professional in his trade and just a true gentleman in his approach. Again thanks James and your crew for a job that I could not be happier with!!!
