They took the time to answer all my questions as if I was the only person I was going to see today. They were knowledgeable and whoever hired him did a great job. His name was David. I will definitely recommend them and use them, again.

Arrived on time and finished when expected. No preaching and no politics just knowledgeable about carpet and the solutions and no chemical smells. Will definitely use in the future and recommend to others. Great experience!

Description of Work: Excellent experience. Refreshing to find a vendor that is so professional. Dave told me everything he was doing and what he intended to accomplish. Courteous and my carpets look great. This is an apartment so this is an older carpet but Dave brought it back to life. Will use again and definitely recommend to others. My dog even liked him, can't do better than that.

+ -1 morecompletely all the way to the roof.Arrived right on time. Explained exactly what he was going to do each step of the way. It was obvious watching him work that he knew what he was doing. He cleaned the dryer and the vent all the way to the roof. He showed me what was removed and even let me feel the hose so I could feel the lint and debris going into the shop vac. Roof vent was completely impacted. No wonder our clothes wouldn't dry. We will definitely use him in the future. Dryer is working like new.

He clearly demonstrated that he knows his craft and that he takes pride in that craft. He explained what services he offers, but wasn't pushy in the least. He welcomed questions and having us observe the work he was doing.. The end results far exceeded our expectations. This was easily one of the best experiences we have had with work done on our house and will definitely use EarthPro again.
Description of Work: EarthPro cleaned three well-worn, pet stained, carpeted rooms. The owner/operator of EarthPro explained exactly what he would do, communicated clearly what we could expect from his work, and then went to work making our carpets look and smell almost new.

+ -1 moreDavid came to clean out my dryer vent since I was having no success with my dryer. The clothes were not getting dried. I had had new siding put on my house and David told me that the dryer vents outside should have been covered but they were not. When David finally got all his cleaning equipment and vacuums going, a birds nest and dead birds were pushed out. David told me that the birds had been stuck inside of the venting when the siding people put the cap on the outside vent. I was so lucky that David cleaned out my dryer vents since I could have had a fire.
Description of Work: David cleaned my dryer vent. He moved the washer and dryer and vaccuumed all the dust collected in the room.

Description of Work: David came to my house and gave me an estimate on the bedroom, kitchen, and hall carpet cleaning. David was on time for the estimate and on time the day he was to clean the carpet. My back hallway carpet and kitchen were a mess. After the cleaning they looked great while the bedroom carpeting looked like new. After David left, my house did not smell like chemicals but was very fresh smelling. I highly recommend this company.

+ -1 moreOverall we were very pleased with our experience, and made an appointment with him to clean the carpeting at a rental property.
Description of Work: Carpeting in very high traffic areas (living room, dining room, bedrooms, and hallways) was cleaned. Carpets were treated with stain remover, candle wax and ink remover. David, the owner of the company, arrived on time, vacuumed all carpets, applied stain remover as needed and cleaned all carpeting. Carpeting looked like new when it was done. He was able to get candle wax, ink stains and pet stains out of all areas. We were very pleased that there was no annoying "after" smell of carpet cleaning products. Overall we were very pleased with our experience, and made an appointment with him to clean the carpeting at a rental property.

+ -1 moreThe owner arrived promptly and prevacuumed the carpeting before doing stain removal treatment. The walkway high traffic area was literally black and we had already decided if the carpeting couldn't be satisfactorily cleaned we would have to replace it. By the time the technician was done with the job, the carpeting looked 1000% better than we could have ever hoped and we didn't have to spend money to have it replaced.
Description of Work: Pretreating and thorough cleaning of carpeting in a three seasons room in a rental property. Extra stain removal treatment was required due to condition of carpet.

I was pleased with the price and his professionalism and went ahead and scheduled an appointment. He was punctual for the appointment and did an awesome job.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning was done after a year of not having them cleaned. I was very impressed with how clean they looked and felt. Looked amazing and felt fluffy and soft.
