Over all they did a great job with our basement (it was completely unfinished). Pulled all permitting as well through the process. Team on site did a great job communicating as well throughout with progress.

Very responsive. Did the work on time. The wallboard installers he uses are AMAZING! We wanted flat ceilings which requires extra attention to detail. He offered to do some work on the stairs to the basement trim to make it match which was nice. Trim work in the basement was not great at the seams. Painting was beautiful. Overall we were pleased.

Very courteous and professional. Rick and Brian were very detailed and patient. Bob was very informative and quick to respond. Very helpful in the designing the basement and patient with the changes we made along the way.

Bob and his crew were outstanding. I had some concerns about having the basement finished, and going through interviewing different contractors was a pain. Bob was the only contractor the brought up safety concerns (new smoke detector, CO2 detector and even a batter backed up secondary sump pump to ensure that if the power went out or the original pump failed my basement will remain dry). He and his crew were professional and did great work. The quality of their work is fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting work done on their basement. Bob and his team included both my wife and me in the project, giving us updates and asking questions on what we wanted done.

Bob and his crew did a great job. Job was done in a timely manner. They were working on another basement at the same time as ours, so they were mostly only doing half days at ours, but that didn’t seem to cause huge delays. Bob was also very accommodating when changes needed to be made or when I changed my mind. Would recommend!

prompt, flexible, dependable, professional. They don't cut corners. A basement is a place w/ lots of obstacles. Drains, valves, gas lines, water lines, hvac, etc... Bob and his team took the extra time and effort to use the available space wisely, even if it meant extra framing, extra drywall, etc... Oh, and I have a dog, a 2 year old lab. Each day Bob's crew comes to the house w/ two things. 1. tools and materials 2. A MilkBone dog treat. that says something to me.

My husband and I spent a long time creating our perfect floor plan for our basement. It was awesome to see it come to life! Bob and his team were a delight to work with.
