+ -1 moreThe paint he placed on the backyard trees cannot be removed the damage is irreversible as I have asked another tree company to come and look these over. I now have to have those trees cut down as the painted areas look really bad. He was not even asked to do anything in my back yard at all.
Description of Work: asked to give estimate for removal of one tree in front yard. while I was not home yet, he came to my home and his crew began work to remove front tree and went into my backyard and placed 8-10" blank painted circles around 6 other trees he thought also needed removed.

+ -1 moreThey were conscientious and watched where the limbs fell. The tree was close to the fence line and the house and they did a good job taking its. They also did a great job trimming my other trees. I had 3 bids and Boyd Tree Service was the lowest price.

+ -1 moreWe were extremely pleased with their willingness to discuss options and suggest additional steps in trimming as the job progressed. Their respect for our concerns was impressive. They did not just tear through the job, but took care to protect everything on the ground, returning the yard to order when they were done. We will hire them again.
Description of Work: Boyd's Tree Service staff listened carefully to our concerns about overgrown trees in our backyard and worked with us to decide which limbs needed to be removed while protecting the overall shape and integrity of the trees from a landscaping point of view. We were home to monitor the "trimming" but had nothing to fear, because the work crew shared our appreciation of trees and protected their shape. The crew was efficient, worked as a true team and cleaned up remarkably quickly and thoroughly.

+ -1 moreThey have always been a wonderful company to deal with, and we have used them several times in the past as well. They gave a reasonable price. We decided not to use them this time because of another issue that is going on with our property. Just make sure you are really clear about how much cleanup to do because often they will just dump the excess amount of wood into a deserted area. We would recommend this company to someone who needs tree service.
Description of Work: The company came out to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to cut four trees down in my yard.

+ -1 moreWHAT WE COULD TELL WAS THAT THEY CLEANED UP. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY WERE JUST GOING TO SHAPE OUR TREES. THEY DIDN'T DO WHAT WE ASKED THEM TO. THEY CUT OUR NEIGHBORS TREES ALL THE WAY TO THE GROUND.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY WAS SUPPOSED TO TRIM SOME TREES IN OUR BACKYARD AND ALL THEY DID WAS CUT A FEW BRANCHES OFF.
