It went well.

It didn't. He said he'd get back to me within a week with the estimate and I never heard anything after that. He had a yellow legal pad he was scratching notes on but nothing formal. I was extremely disappointed.

They did an excellent job. He was very nice to work with. Everything worked out well. He has a big crew and everything was done in one day.

We looked on Angie's List, and a couple of our neighbors used them. They have good customer service. We would use them again in the future.

I thought it was a high quote and paying $25 for a quote wasn't good. Then they tried to charge me $1.75 for calling the city to check out permits that I had already gotten and I didn't pay it because that wasn't authorized by me. They were nickel and diming me.

We decided to use them because we liked the owner and the work was good. They were a little slow to come out, but the work they did was really good. Their professionalism was really good as well. We spent about $900 on that service.

When he showed up to give us an estimate, it was clear that he didn't know what he was doing. He didn't know what kind of stone it was and he spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to do the job. He then came back with stone samples - and again didn't know what kind of stone he had brought with him. When he called to give us an estimate, it was verbally (because he was worried it was so high) - it was more than twice the price of the other estimate. It was almost $7000. We declined to do work with him.

They took great care in working with us to come up with a design, and even left us with flags and markings that showed where the patio and landscaping would be, so we could "sit with it" for a week or so and make sure it was exactly what we wanted. We ended up tweaking the design a little, and they were always flexible and offered excellent suggestions. They installed the landscaping in the early spring (excellent, quick job, very professional) but the patio was put off until June. This was, in part, to coordinate with some other work that was being done, but also because they let us know that a higher quality paver would be available if we wanted to wait (it was our choice to do so). When the patio was started, the work was again quick and professional. They were always available to answer our questions all through the process.

THE MULCH THEY BROUGHT WAS WOOD CHIPS, AND I LIKE USING THAT BECAUSE IT TENDS TO KEEP WEEDS FROM GROWING. THE GUYS THAT CAME WERE REALLY NICE AND WILLING TO DO ALL OF THE WORK I REQUIRED.

HE IS A VERY NICE GUY. HE GOT ME INTO HIS BUSY SCHEDULE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM ALL DAY. THERE WAS NO CLEAN UP LEFT FOR ME, WHICH IS VERY NICE SINCE I CANT DO IT MYSELF. HE WAS VERY SWEET AND VERY GOOD.
