Description of Work: Checked washer/dryer and gas range for any problems. Tenants were complaining these alliances were not working very well. |It went well, the technician only said dryer may need new tubing and vent. It would have helped if he took the tubing apart and checked to see if there may have been a clog. He only suggested replacing the tubing and vent.
