Description of Work: Have used Hershey a few times. Fixed a pocket door off track by cutting through closet wall, replaced broken hardware on cabinets, fixed and reworked the plumbing for an instant hot water dispenser, and a few other minor repairs.

Description of Work: We had a toilet backup. He analyzed the problem and told me the possible solutions and approximate cost for each. He tried the simplest, snake. Still plugged. The the next try was rotoroot. Found blockage about 10 feet from toilet, but could not unblock. Next step, dig in the approximate spot. This entailed breaking some concrete. He gave me an estimate of under $2000 including work already performed. Found a tree root. Replaced bad pipe and repaired concrete. His estimate was resonable. His courtesy throughout was great. He did what was needed at a resonable cost. I would use him again for any general repairs.

Description of Work: Replaced a toilet that was constantly blocking waste drainage because it had an unremovable blockage inside. He came the day after we called him. After correctly diagnosing the problem, he presented us with affordable and effective high-quality toilet alternatives, purchased the one we chose and showed up the next day to replace the old one and install the new one. He cleaned up after himself, took away the old one for disposal, taught us some of the features of the new one, and billed us within his original budgeted amount. We could not be happier!
