This company was highly recommended to me by several folks. So I called, spoke to a woman, who I guess does the administrative work for the company. I gave her the details of my situation. Explained that it is not covered by insurance due to act of mother nature. Later in the day I get a call back and she gave me the quote the owner provided her which was VERY high. I asked how can a quote be provided if he has not even come out to look at the area that needs work done. She then proceeded to tell me that it would cost me $160 for him to come out. It was obvious to me that they did not want my business. I would have been better off to be told that right up front or not even call me back. It was a valuable waste of time as I would have been looking for other companies at same time.

We had backup from our sump pump that led to a few feet of water in the basement. Our furnace and hot water tank was damaged as result of the flood. Our insurance company recommended several remediation services one of whom was ServPro. Once we called they responded very quickly. The team was very professional, friendly and responsive. They cleared the water; set up fans to dry things out and came back to apply anti-mold treatments to the walls and floors. Highly recommend their services.

Servpro was great from the first phone call with Aimee. Even before the insurance company authorized proceeding, Jack stopped by my home in South Euclid and advised on steps to be taken, and explained what they would do. So helpful. Once we received the go ahead, they were there immediately. Courteous, professional, responsive - always returned my phone calls promptly - and willing to do whatever needed to be done throughout the entire process. All in all, terrific. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Jack was very prompt, thorough, and efficient. He explained everything that needed to be done and why. He was available anytime by phone (we had a circuit breaker trip outside business hours when we used the microwave on the same circuit and I had to call to ask how to turn the equipment back on). Everything was cleaned up thoroughly. He was also good about working with the insurance companies (there were two as part of the damage was with our insurance company and part with the condo association). Hopefully I will never need them again but I would use them again without hesitation.

Tom French visited the house. He was pleasant but was very paper-oriented, for insurance reasons. If I need work done in the future, I would consider hiring this company for the job.

Excellent response time and came to us on time. This is the only company of five that I called that did not change their tone when I told them I did not wish to submit an insurance claim. Tom French was knowledgeable and professional. He advised there was no need for services and told us how to deal with the mild remaining odor. I am not a very trusting soul but would trust Mr. French if I needed this type of service. Unlike some others, there was no charge for this service.
