Went well; the carpets look great

Very poor job overall. Certain areas cleaned are showing dirt within a month. Other areas are bleached out because of too much cleaner being used. A room where my dog stays smells worse than before the cleaning. Doesn't seem like Scotchguard was applied. My mother was present for the cleaning and felt bullied by the cleaners into paying more than a promised rate of $29 a room.

Benny did a great job. We are very happy with the result we will hire him again.

Benny did a great job!! The carpets are spot free and we had some pretty bad pet & teenage girl stains (ie: spilled make-up & an entire mocha latte)!

Benny did a fabulous job, removing oil spots from the carpet that a previous carpet-cleaner failed to remove. Carpet looks like new, and Scotchguarded for an affordable added price.

It was a great experience meeting Benny of Select Team Carpet Cleaning. Originally he was contracted to do three rooms but his work was so good I convinced my wife to let him clean 4 more rooms instead of replacing the carpeting. It save me a lot of money given his extreme work ethic and expert advice. I spent a little more for the service than originally planed but it saved me thousands in in replacement carpeting.

Benny is friendly, nice, and punctual. He called before coming out to verify time. Carpets were cleaned well. The only criticism I have, which I told him about was the wording of the Angie Deal I bought from him for $75. The deal states, "3 areas of carpet cleaning (up to 450 square feet) plus a hallway..." What it really should read is, 3 areas of carpet cleaning including hallway (up to 450sqft) for $75. I was approx 30sqft over which cost me an extra $30! He said he would fix the wording. Next time I will call and clarify a deal before I purchase it. I'm a newbie to Angie's list. He did take off $5, I'm assuming for this misunderstanding. I also had him clean my 12 stairs which was $35. I believe that is a competitive and fair price. He would prefer cash or check. Overall, he did a good job, equivalent to other companies I have had in the past. (The only reason I may not hire him again is because I have used another local company that charges by the room, not square foot. They did a good job and price is similar.)

I had a party and a guest spilled wine on my carpet. I had an appointment in place for my tile and grout to be cleaned already. I was very happy to find out that they would allow me to throw in the carpet cleaning at the last minute. I am very pleased with my results and I am a customer for life! VERY PLEASED CUSTOMER!!!

Very professional and friendly staff, scheduled a cleaning right away. My office needed to get the carpets cleaned right away and I waited for last second to schedule an appointment. They had someone come out the next day and they did a wonderful job. My carpets look brand new. Highly effective, quick and recommended.
