Do understand this level of removing paint and having it done correctly takes time and costs more then others who do not do this. Do understand you hire contractors because you are not one and must trust them
Description of Work: While slow which was disclosed before the start of work the actual work was top of the line. Work was performed 7 days a week with 10-12 hour days. With all the unknows this happens. I will not have to do anything on my exterior home for 10 plus years. It was worth the cost. Owners returned calls with in hours usually minutes.

We contracted them in March 2009, they started in April. They did not finish until August 26, 2009. We had contracted other jobs for them to do, all of which were stop and go, off and on throughout the whole spring and summer. Our house looked like a junk yard with tools, materials, and garbage daily strewn everywhere. A dumpster and sawhorses (laden with saws, paint cans, chemical peel cans, doors, and wood trim filled our driveway for months. Our garage had our ordered windows that sat from May until July while I assume Reserve Restoration looked for someone to sub-contract their installation. Our car had to park on the street. We covered our drains twice to prevent paint chips from entering, and twice the coverings were removed. And although we were told the paint chips would be swept up or vacuumed, a video scope of our storm drains revealed continuous piles of paint chips in some places very thick. The drains will need to be flushed resulting in paint chips directly entering the lake unfiltered. The windows were installed piecemeal throughout the month of July to the end of August by two different sub-contractors. After the paint was removed from the floor of our porch, we were told the floor had been sealed when it was blatantly obvious it had not been sealed. When we asked for an itemization for two small added jobs, the company representative and owner said she did not do that. After insisting that we needed to see her costs and had a legal right to know, she refused and said it was impossible and said we were calling her dishonest. Her partner Eric Fridlander repeatedly asked for final payment before the jobs were completed.
Description of Work: The company removed paint off our home's exterior bricks and wood trim. They used Peel Away 1 which bonds with the paint and is necessary because of many layers of old paint. The product will adhere to and minimize any lead paint keeping it from being airborne. They also installed windows and painted a screen porch, front door, and door shutters. A side door small stoop was repaired.
