The job has not been started yet; they came to my house while I was not at home but did not start the job, I am still waiting for someone to get back with me. So far I am disappointed with this company and I cannot rate them for the job.

Very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. Not only did we have our gutters cleaned and repaired but they secured a window shutter for me so I wouldn't have to call someone else.

Nigel Allen came out and cleaned my gutters and CLOGGED downspouts. Had a storm the very next day - and things were working dandy.

I called the number to let him know that I would not be home. Could not leave a message.I did get back home before the time he was to come .Tried calling again to tell him I was home .Still could not leave a message .No one called me or came to the house .The time was between 12 and 2.

I would not hire them ever. First they never came on the day we first scheduled with them and they never called until late in the day to say they could not make it so I waited for them all day. When they final came the next day they sub contracted the job out to some one else. They were to inspect all the cutters and snake the down spouts all he did was walk around and look at the cutters and if it was not for my husband telling him the one cutter was clogged he would of never taken it apart and cleaned it. All he wanted to do is stand and talk to my husband. I asked for a paid receipt because I paid cash and he found a piece a paper in his truck and put on there it was paid. I feel they were very unprofessional and I will not do business with them again.
