I hired this company again this year to clean our gutters. The back gutter was not cleaned and continues to overflow. I called and left a message that we needed another visit to correct. No one ever returned my call. This is disappointing as they did good work previously.

Well, when Mr. Allen talked to me on( 5/30/18) the phone & said they will be at my house between 11:30 to 12 noon. I had to come back to my house and they was not there. Then I called at 1pm and they came at 1:30pm. Now, Mr. Allen told me that it would take an hour, and the guys who came did not even take 30 minutes. The guy who I talked to from Mr. Allen said that he is fast and only saw one gutter clog and cleared that out. So hopefully, everything is good.

I’m grateful for the quick response and service of gutter cleaning today, I do feel relieved this task is completed for now. My only surprise was finding gutter debris on the perimeter grounds of the house: front steps, front walkway, driveway, side of garage walkway, and back patio. I see the garbage can was almost full of gutter debris, but a quick walk around the house with a leaf blower to clear the steps and sidewalks would have been a nice finishing touch. Advice: Leaving a job site not fully cleaned up the way it was prior to the service is not a great way to make a first impression.

Came out quick and completed the work for a great price.
