Morry the Handyman

He tried to fix our existing old doorbell to no avail. He then replaced and installed a wireless doorbell with a nice sound and reasonably priced.

Exterior Outlet - Referred to an Electirican Overall, Morry is a very nice guy and I do appreciate not tackling a job that you're not comfortable with. I would have preferred to know his limitations prior to hiring him and understanding if it was better to hire a licensed electrician.

He was very professional with his work and made sure everything was done correctly. He was very knowledgable about what he was doing, but still took his time to make sure there were no differenecs between his previous work and this particular job. He came prepared with all needed tools and equipment. He is a single person doing the work, so I had to help hold the microwave into position, but I expected that.

Never returned two requests to call.

He did very good job, precise and in detail.

I made a list of things that I wanted them to do and they forgot to do about three things. They apologized and were very nice but I would not be using them again. Their price was fine.

Three houses on our private road share a mailbox post. One mailbox was replaced long ago, but the other two were falling apart. So we bought new metal ones at Home Depot, and called Morrie to install them. He came within a few days, arrived right on time and did a beautiful job without disturbing the other mailbox.

Didn't use Morry as a contractor but contacted him and he took time to answer a lot of general questions I had about home repairs.

They're great. He was on time. He did a good job. He was very polite and professional. I would use him again. I think he charged me a few hundred dollars but he did a lot of work so it was very reasonable for what he did.

I called Morry on Sunday because the utensil stuck in the disposal was not only preventing the disposal from working, but it was also preventing the sink from draining. He called me back within a few hours. I was not available at the time most convenient for Morry, so he adjusted his schedule and squeezed me in the next day. He said he?d call between 11 and 2 to give me a more detailed time, and he did call at 1:10, indicating he?d be there in 45 minutes, and he was. He got right to work, and the disposal is now working well. The leak in my faucet is also fixed, and Morry was thorough about showing me where the problem was. He also did some ?brainstorming? with me about installing some additional surveillance cameras (which I had indicated I wouldn't?t need for a least a couple of months). When he checked the old light fixture for me, he could very easily have convinced me that I needed to replace it. Instead, he changed the light bulb, and indicated that he didn?t think I really needed to do anything. Because he was thoughtful about even these small repairs, and not at all pushy, I will definitely trust him to do work for me in the future. He really seems to know plumbing well, and I won?t hesitate to use him for electrical jobs . i?m happy to have found my ?new handyman?!

Morry was timely in his response to our request to install a new garbage disposal. He completed the job in a timely fashion, including 2 unanticipated plumbing repairs necessary for the correct install. Morry fully explained the work that he performed and was professional and friendly throughout. I would recommend Morry.

We called Morry for a small job and arranged a time. He did not show up and did not call. This is the second time it has happened. We can easily find a competent and more reliable person.

Did not use him since he was apparently too busy or not interested.

Morry was terrific. He was friendly, professional and efficient. He explained everything he needed to do and notified me immediately if he had to deviate from the original plan. He was very prepared and carried lots of extra items that he needed in his van. I was very pleased with all of Morry's work and will certainly call him in the future for handyman work in my home.

Morry was great! He was on time and explained everything that he was going to do very clearly. He did great work and was very careful when removing casing so we could still reuse when we need to put back on. He was neat when working and cleaned up any mess that was there before he left. I would recommend him to everyone and we will be using him again for sure.

Morry did a phenomenal job. I was very pleased and impressed with his professionalism, his disposition and his efficiency. He did everything I needed perfectly and to my satisfaction. My son and I were involved in the placement of each picture. He noticed that my screen door was not closing properly, informed me of the problem and offered to repair it for me while he was here. My experience with Morry the Handyman and his work was very positive.

It went well. he even helped me determine the right light bulb to use for my new fixture. in addition, Morry was able to clean my exhaust fans so they did not need to be replaced at this time. He was very efficient and did his job quickly. Yes, I will use him again.

I arranged with Morry the handyman for service on Friday, Aug 16 between 11 & 12 noon. Morry arrived on time(11:30) looked at the work I requested and got started immediately. I had already purchased the mailbox and CO detector, Morry explained why he was putting the mailbox in a different location than the original was placed. I agreed with his assessment & the mailbox was installed as discussed. After every job he called me out to show how he repaired or replaced the item. The front porch covering was re-installed with a minimum of work, since I was not asking him to do major carpentry repair. We discussed the best place for placement of the CO detector, & Morry installed that also. I was very pleased with the promptness, courtesy and how quickly he performed each task. He did not attempt to extend the time it would take to get the tasks done. Morry was done within the hour, left his work areas clean.
