Morry the Handyman

I would contact Morry the Handyman for future work in my home. This time around he could notdo the work that I needed, however, there might be something else he could do. I liked his attitude and promptness in returning my phone call. That, to me, is acting professional and very important to a prospective customer. Mrs. Helen Brown-Wickliffe, OH.

Morry came out to my home the next day following my phone call to him. I had a curtain rod bracket which had pulled out of the wall. He explained to me his minimum service charge of 1 hour and wanted me to be aware of that prior to coming out. This particular project had been problematic and I was willing to make the investment. After he fixed the bracket he asked if there was anything else needing repair. He unjammed a sliding pocket door that had been stuck in the wall for many years. He also took a look at a stovetop gas burner that was slow to ignite. I would recommend Morry to others and would use him again for other jobs.

I would recommend him. He is very friendly and does excellent work. His prices are fair.

Showed up when promised and did a very nice job. Still very happy with the carpet and the installation quality three years later.

He's a very personable guy and he's very helpful. He took care of my jobs. I've asked him once or twice before about a couple of things and he told me that he didn't think that he was the right man for those jobs. I think he's honest about deciding whether it's something that he can handle or not.

He charged by the hour but he was very slow.

He did a good job. I appreciated the work he did. He would always call me back when I had called and he would come and do work in my home. There were things he couldn't do but he would always let me know. If he ever was running late he made sure to give me heads up.

We were highly satisfied. His quality of work was better than average and his punctuality excellent.

Very well, I was told that my father-in-laws utility sink was not draining. I used a snake and Draino and it did not help. I was going out of town for a week and he needed the work done before the weekend. I call and talked with Morry and explained the situation. He came out while I was on travel and contacted me often to apprise me of the situation. The work was done on the first trip, it was done properly. Sent me an invoice. I will have no problem with calling again.

Morry was very efficient, competent, and friendly. We had hired him to install the hinges, but when I showed him the loose handrail (for a future job, I thought), he wanted to fix it immediately so we would have a safe back steps.

Maury was the absolute greatest!!! He performed all of the installations perfectly. He even rearranged his schedule and stayed late into the evening so I could have everything done before the holidays. months later everything is working great. I would absolutely, without hesitation, hire Maury again!

Morry described what he would do, how the door lock operated and tested sink he fixed. He was prompt, worked through each work task and showed how each was now fixed and how the door lock with the number pad worked. He was very friendly and dressed neatly. I plan on using him again for other handyman jobs and have recommended him to friends.

Morry was everything the beleagured homeowner could desire! We lived with various minor problems (ceiling fan crept only at low speed, dimmer didn't raise lights to high, flickering lights in closet) for years, but we needed help quick when three ceiling lights over the kitchen sink blew simultaneously when I flipped the wall switch last week. Morry arrived as promised and solved all our problems. He was friendly, professional, calm, non-judgemental regarding our electrical lethargy, and good-humored.

He is very professional and nice to work with. He even provided hints and tips to keep the home safe. He suggested that we replace our carbon-monoxide detector and a few other items around the home. Overall he was great and offered fair pricing.

Excellent! Morry really worked with me on setting an appointment and came on a Sunday. He was prompt and courteous, gave me options for the installation of the shelves and kept me informed throughout the process.

He did a good job but he was very slow. His prices were reasonable and the quality of his work was very good. I would use his services again in the future.

He fixed the problem within twenty minutes and asked if we had any other small jobs that he might do since we "had him for an hour." Sure enough, he hung a fire alarm and secured some speaker wires for us. We definitely got our money's worth!
