+ -1 moreShe’s very thorough. I probably look for a year before I pick anything. She got me through the bidding process of one house but I didn’t end up buying that because somebody else paid cash for the house. I actually had an issue with the owner of the house after I bought the house and I had to take them to court, and she came and testified with me and everything. So I was able to win in court over what had happened. She went out of her way to do that for me. I don’t remember how much she charged me but I was happy with the price. I have it on papers but I have no idea where it is. She and her husband worked with me on this. If I plan to sell this house, I would call them first. I will use her services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Kay Shea as my real estate agent. I used her services sometime early last year. I purchased this house on March 14th of 2010.
