Needed our yearly spring treatment for pests and decided to go with a local company this year. In the past we just used Orkin and they did a decent job but nothing compared to Heights Pest Control! They did a magnificent job and at a much better price. They were attentive and very respectful of our house. Glad we decided to go local this year.

Stink bugs were always a problem at our house until we called Heights Pest! After trying multiple big name companies and products sold in stores we just couldn’t get rid of the stink bugs in our house. We decided to try Heights Pest since they had good reviews with similar problems. They showed up the same day we called them and looked around our house to determine the treatment needed. After we agreed upon a price they proceeded to treat thoroughly. I’m happy to report after 2 weeks we haven’t seen any stink bugs. Heights Pest knows what they’re doing and hats off to them for helping us!

Every year around this time ants show up in our house almost like clockwork. This year we decided to do something about it and called Heights Pest. They showed up and did a full assessment and gave us a fair quote. We agreed to let them treat and they went right to work the same day. It's been about a week and there has been no spider sightings and we can finally use our basement without worrying about them. Thinking that it may be awhile to get something on the books we called with the hope of getting a treatment before spring came. Luckily he had an opening and was able to come out later that day. All in all it took them about 2 hours to treat our whole house and so far the problem seems to be controlled. Regrettably we should’ve called sooner but glad it wasn’t too late to be managed. Heard about Heights Pest from a neighbor and decided to give them a call when we discovered rodent droppings in our basement. At first we thought they were just mice however two gentlemen from Heights Pest showed up to inspect and told us that while there was evidence of mice droppings the more concerning problem was that there was rat droppings. Naturally we let them get to work and take care of the problem immediately. They knew all the spots to look and placed traps around the problem areas. They told us not to expect much the first night but not even 3 hours after they left we heard a trap go off and a rat had been caught. We contacted him right away and he came out to dispose of the deceased and reset the trap. Couldn't be happier with the service and the reliable line of communication that was established.

They sprayed a chemical and a fine powder like substance all around our house. They came out a week later for the second treatment and did the same thing and also put mattress liners on our beds which would help prevent future problems. It’s now been 4 weeks since the last treatment and not one bed bug has been seen. Their methods definitely work and would recommend to anyone who’s struggled in the past.

We decided to do something about it this year and scheduled an appointment with Heights Pest Control. We didn’t even know where to begin to try and tell them all of our pests so they just inspected on their own. They said we had spiders, ants, stink bugs and evidence of mouse droppings. (This was worth the money by itself) They then treated with chemicals and some machine that diffused dust into crevices. They did the entire interior of our house in about 2 hours and we we were able to get back in the house immediately after. Our next appointment is late spring when they will come out to treat the exterior of the house. Overall their treatment produced the best results that we could ask for. Can’t wait to enjoy our pest free house this spring and summer.

Unbelievable service! We hired Heights Pest Control to do a general pest treatment and cleaning before we listed our house on the market. The owner came out personally to do the job and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He used chemicals that were safe for both us and our dog. He also cleaned up all the old spider webs we had in our house and garage. Highly recommend to anyone looking for pest control.

Large black ants had been showing up unexpectedly in our bathrooms and kitchen and we needed someone to come out and look at what we were dealing with. Heights Pest arrived to do did their inspection and discovered that not only did we have ants but also there was evidence of mice living in our attics and crawl space. Heard about Heights Pest on our Nextdoor app so decided to give them a call when we saw little black insects crawling on our mattress. We thought they may have been the dreaded bed bugs but wanted another opinion. Heights Pest came and looked and confirmed our fears. Two men showed up and searched the house and found that the ants originated in the crawl space beneath the kitchen and tunneled their way up for food. After negotiating a fair price they went to work that same day. They were able to get into the crawl space and treat the source which was impressive because our crawl space is not easily accessible. They also took preventative measures and treated the rest of the house as well. Most of the ants we saw died within a few days after treatment and we haven't seen a live one since. Clearly these guys had the right product for the job.

All was well up until 2 weeks ago when we saw droppings on our floor. Called the owner and asked if he could come back out to inspect and he complied. After looking around and seeing a few droppings himself he agreed to extend his guarantee and place more bait stations and help us out. Very professional and easy to work with.
