It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Heights Pest Control! A nice change of pace to deal directly with the owner. He was able to address my pest problem within 24 hours of me contacting him. He arrived on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and the price was great. Overall a great experience! Anyone looking for help with a pest problem, this place is exceptional!

Top notch professionals! I called Heights Pest Control & Termite the day before our Labor Day party and they came out right away to help with our last minute bee emergency. We had a huge swarm of wasps that needed to be taken care of before our family and friends came over for the party. The owner, Al, and his partner were very polite and their charisma made the nightmare situation very pleasant. We even signed up for their yearly preventative treatment for all pests. I would highly recommend to anyone who asks.

Loved working with these guys! I would recommend them to anyone in the surrounding area. I called 6 or so places to see if they could come immediately for spider removal, and everyone said they were booked solid until next week. I had guests staying with me that day, so I wanted to avoid having tons of spiders roaming around my house. They told me they did try to squeeze me in they just had to double check. He called me back 5 minutes later and said I could expect someone in just an hour or so. They were professional, reliable and very honest. Got rid of the spiders and even cleaned existing webs through your my house.

Heights Pest was wonderful! We had bees coming in and out of the brick under our child's bedroom and needed a professional to come take a look. They came right away and spotted where they were. After negotiating price they sprayed the nest and the problem was gone in less than 6 hours! Amazing results to see up close!

Al and Eric responded promptly and traced the bee nest from exterior into our attic space. They sprayed that, inspected the entire house exterior, finding another small nest which they also eliminated. They came back several days later to follow up, removed the now dead nest, and re-inspected to be sure. They were consistently professional, thorough, and courteous. We will likely sign up for their pest prevention program.

Al was helpful on the phone when I explained the issues and then again after he inspected my home and explained treatment options. I expressed particular concern with the safety of the chemicals given that I have children and a pet. He was reassuring and did a good job. The day after the visit he contacted me and when I mentioned I had seen a couple of insects he immediately said I should reach back out if I see any others. I would recommend Al’s services!

Heights Pest Control was terrific! I had a wasp's nest in the ground near my garage in one of my gardens and it was very active. I tried to treat myself by spraying Raid that I got from Home Depot but it wasn't doing the trick. Called these guys and they treated with a backpack that shot the chemical at least 25 feet and it took care of the nest in a matter of hours. Friendly guys who were very knowledgeable. They didn't even have wear protective suits because they knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend!

Hired Heights Pest Control to take care of the mice issue we had in both our basement and kitchen. The came and explained to us why we had them and how they got in then proceeded to plug their entry points with a wire mesh material and laid out bait stations. After 1 week we have already seen fantastic results! Couldn't ask for anything more than what these guys did for us. A+ Rating!

There was a huge hornets nest outside our bedroom window that was very active. We tried knocking it down ourselves but it was not doing us much good so we had to hire a professional. After reading numerous reviews and asking around Heights Pest came highly recommended so we went with them. They made it seem so easy after they came out sprayed where the nest was and then knocked it down. With in three hours there was no activity at all and we were able to open the window again. We are glad we went with Heights Pest and recommend anyone else do the same!

Was tired of seeing the little grey stink bugs by every window in our house so decided to finally do something about it. We called Heights Pest Control and asked if they had any sort of treatment specifically for the stinkers and to my surprise they actually did! They came out within a few hours to look at the severity of our problem and then went right to work after we agreed upon a treatment plan and fair price. It only took the two gentlemen an hour or so to work and we didn't even have to leave the house. Hats off to these guys and I will continue to sing their praises amongst my neighborhood.

Hired this company to take care of some wasps that we had in our backyard patio. After calling around to several other companies and trying to treat on our own we were finally able to find someone to get rid of them for good! It did not take long and they were very professional. For anyone having this problem look no further.

Heights Pest saved my life! Ok maybe a little dramatic but I really did fear for my family’s health after discovering our daughters mattress was infested with bed bugs! I called Al and he came out right away to assess our problem. Al and his partner looked over our mattresses and other furniture and once they saw the amount of bugs they gave us a list of recommendations for ways to help prevent further infestation. After giving us a list of things to prepare for their treatment they came out the next day and did a wonderful job and treated every room of our house. They are so back in a week for a follow up treatment but so far we haven’t seen one live bug! Highly recommend these guys to anyone suffering from bed bugs.

I needed a bees nest taken care of before my daughter’s graduation party and Heights Pest answered the call tremendously! Called the morning of the party and they came within an hour on a Saturday to spray the nest. They eliminated the problem in time for the party and I couldn’t be happier.

Had these guys come out to my house yesterday and they did marvelous work! We had a large nest of wasps in our children's playhouse and needed them removed asap. Once Heights Pest arrived here they took me through all the procedures they would be performing and even gave me a little background on how to prevent problems in the future. They sprayed an eco-friendly and kid-safe product that was very effective. I feel comfortable allowing my children to play in the backyard once again.

They far exceeded my expectations! After noticing bees swarming all around our front entrance I investigated further to find that a huge nest had been made above our door. Heights Pest knew exactly what to do when my house was being destroyed by bees. I called them to schedule an appointment expecting it to take awhile and to my surprise they showed up the same day. They took their time and were very careful not to damage any of my gardens. I’m glad I called them when I did before the damage was too bad. Loved the work Heights Pest did for treating my bee problem. My entire house is covered in wood paneling and I’ve always had a problem with bees but this year it was the worst I’ve ever seen. I have tried sprays and home remedies myself but none eliminated the problem completely. Had heard about these guys from a neighbor so decided to give them a shot. Two gentlemen showed up at their scheduled time and did amazing work! I will definitely be using them in the future.

Al saved my life. I'm almost not kidding. He was the only exterminator who responded to me within a reasonable time frame and didn't brush me off. The first guy I talked to told me it was a Wolf Spider and to smash it. He was too busy to come by without doing a thorough extermination job. Can you imagine hearing that after seeing a spider the size of YOUR HAND in the basement shower?! And the sac was the size of a donut hole! After some research, I purchased some spider/scorpion killer and sprayed the spider. Heard it drop to the shower floor. Ugh! It separated from its sac. Smashing it wasn't wise because Wolf Spiders carry their babies on their backs. I had left a message on Al's voicemail, and he texted me back. I said I needed exterminating services because the spider and sac were just too big to ignore. Plus I was afraid to pick them up. (If the previous exterminator hadn't brushed me off, I probably would have hired him. But he made me feel like I should be able to do the job myself and was dismissive.) Al understood, squeezed me in his schedule and arrived when he said he would. He gave me a reasonable price which was nice because I felt like he didn't take advantage of my vulnerability. Neither did he pretend to know everything and consulted with a buddy to confirm the species of the spider. He sprayed and shot eco-friendly powder around my house and exterminated for stink bugs as well. I highly recommend Al's Heights Pest Control and Termite because he was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, well-equipped, professional and provided outstanding and affordable service. What more can you ask for?

Al was great. He got right back to me and I had an appointment 48 hours later. He was very thorough, even cleaned the cobwebs out of the basement. It's a little more expensive than I thought ($350), but he really went above and beyond, and the treatment is good for a year. If we see more bugs he'll come back out. Very pleasant and professional, and I'd hire him again.

Alan came out immediately and sprayed the entire area around my deck. He was conscientious enough to let me know that what he was spraying was safe for my dogs. I can't thank him enough, as the bees were really starting to cause some damage.

Al did a great job! He was right on time, always professional, explained the entire process to me, was very neat and clean, and all for a very fair price. This is the 2nd time I used him for a big problem at my home and I highly recommend him. I promise you will not be disappointed. I wish all the contractors I use did as good a job as Al!

Called Al Escott and he came out the next day right on time. After accessing the situation regarding bee activity around the house, he sprayed an area of the perimeter and fully explained the situation. Excellent service!

We were bothered by bees outside of our house for weeks until we called Heights Pest. They came out and knocked down the nests and then sprayed with chemicals and a dust that worked very well. Wanted to write a review because we were treated very well and they went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Great work at a fair price!
