I called 6 or so places to see if they could come immediately for spider removal, and everyone said they were booked solid until next week. I had guests staying with me that day, so I wanted to avoid having tons of spiders roaming around my house. They told me they could try to squeeze me in they just had to double check. He called me back 5 minutes later and said I could expect someone in an hour or so. They were professional, reliable and very honest. Got rid of the spiders and even cleaned existing webs throughout my house. Can’t thank these guys enough for their wonderful service.

Quality service at an affordable price. Heights Pest was extremely helpful on the phone when I explained the issues and then again after they inspected my home and explained treatment options. I expressed particular concern with the safety of the chemicals given that I have children and a pet. They were reassuring and did a good job. The day after the visit they contacted me and when I mentioned I had seen a couple of carpenter ants still they said they would come out the next day to treat again. I would highly recommend their services.

When all was said and done, I felt that the pricing was very fair. Weeks later I am happy to report that the carpenter ant problem is gone. I highly recommend them!

The kind of service provided by Heights Pest Control is far and above better than anyone else in the market. We called around to a few companies to get an estimate for treating ants in our house and these guys were not only cheaper but also the most responsive. Being able to deal directly with the owner is a huge bonus and we were shocked by how quickly their treatment worked. We will definitely being using them again come springtime.

We had noticed a huge increase of stink bugs in our house especially around our windows and fireplace. We just assumed that there was nothing we could do about them until our neighbor said they had these guys come out and get rid of them. We called Heights Pest and they showed up the next day. They did a thorough sweep of our place and informed us that the fireplace damper was wide open which is the main reason most people have stink bugs. After closing the damper they proceeded to treat the stink bugs with a combination of chemicals and a fine powder to get in between cracks and crevices. Couldn’t be happier with the service and results heights pest provided! Let it be known that you don't have to live with stink bugs in your house!

These guys do excellent work! We called Heights Pest after hearing noises above our bed in the attic. My husband went up there and put some traps down and they would just take the bait and not get caught in the traps. This is when we decided it was going to take professional help. Two gentlemen showed up and inspected the whole house and found evidence of mice in more places than just the attic. They put bait everywhere they saw droppings and even found the hole they were coming in from the outside and sealed it. So far we are beyond satisfied with the results and will be using these guys again in the spring for preventative treatment.

We were hearing noises in our walls and in the ceiling above our bed. We thought it may have been a squirrel but then we started seeing little brown droppings in our kitchen. We tried a few mouse traps that we bought from the store and they didn’t help at all! Called Heights Pest after seeing positive reviews concerning mouse treatment and they didn’t disappoint. I called to schedule a visit from Heights Pest Control a few days ago because of an ant problem. The day before the appointment we discovered why the ants were coming in and it was because of food left out under the fridge. So even though there were no more ants, I decided to keep the appointment with Al so he could do an inspection. He found some mouse droppings, and suggested a treatment for mice instead. I appreciated his honesty and decided to let him take care of that problem instead. We were thrilled with the results.

We were smelling something awful down in our laundry room only to discover that there was a dead mouse under our washing machine. Called these guys first and they came out and discovered how they were getting in and plugged the hole then baited the entire basement to get rid of the ones still in our house. Highly recommend!

We were seeing droppings in our kitchen and bedroom that continued to get worse as the temperature got colder. We are hosting thanksgiving this year and the last thing we wanted was a mouse to run across the floor during dinner. Gave Heights Pest a call and they did tremendous work. They came right at the scheduled time and in about an hour had located the entry point on the outside and baited the entire interior with pet/child safe bait. I have used Heights Pest Control twice. Once was for ants and more recently for bed bugs in my home. Problem was solved each time and we haven't had any more insect problems since. Fearing the worst we called every exterminator we could find. After being turned down by numerous companies we called Heights Pest Control and set up an appointment. On the initial visit he came to inspect our whole house. After confirming what we had were bed bugs he gave us a list of things we needed to do so our problem could be treated the most effective way. Two days later he and his partner came and treated our whole house with both chemicals and some sort of dust that was proven to be very effective. We only had to be out of the house while they treated and after 3 hours it was completely safe for us and our 2 dogs. It’s been 2 weeks and the results are amazing! They are supposed to come back for a follow up in a few days but so far so good. Great friendly guys, I think they are father and son. They know what they’re doing and that’s all we were looking for.

Very prompt on returning our initial call which was helpful. Took shoes off which was nice. Found a bee nest that we weren’t even aware of but could have been a big deal. The powder used inside turned out to be a little nuisance to clean up so we will want to talk about that next time. Pricing seemed fair.

Called many exterminators and only Heights Pest would come out the day I called. Two lovely gentlemen showed up and inspected the holes and determined they were made by carpenter bees. They said it was easily taken care of and I hired them to treat and prevent the problem. Very affordable and very friendly. I would recommend their services to anyone experiencing the same problem.

Crew was responsive, punctual, professional. Cleared away all existing spider webs on gutters and deck. Sprayed entire exterior foundation of house as well as windows, doors for spiders. Also sprayed deck window boxes for many spider webs on flowers. A few new webs reappeared within 10-14 days of first spray so they returned promptly for respray. All spiders and webs now gone. They absolutely guarantee their work. Chemicals used were safe for the environment. Thank you for great job!

Looked out my window one morning and saw tons of bees going in and out of the window ledge on the back of our house. Went to home depot and bought numerous products they had for bees and nothing did the trick. Looked on here for the best company to take care of bees and Heights Pest kept coming up. Called them and they were able to squeeze us in the same day! They came with these backpacks that sprayed at least 20 feet and got rid of the bees within hours. Disappointed that we didn't call them in the first place instead of wasting time and money on products at the store. Take it from me, they know what they're doing!
