Heights Pest Control & Termite

After we discovered that squashing stink bugs was the worst thing you can do we made the decision to call someone who can get rid of them in other ways. Heights pest was recommended to us by a neighbor who had the same problem so we decided to call them to take care of our stinky situation as well. Two guys showed up and did a great job removing dead bugs and treating so new ones didnt resurface. Two thumbs way up for heights pest!

We had noticed tiny pellets that looked like some sort of rodent had left in our basement. Fearing the worst we called Heights Pest per a recommendation from a neighbor and they confirmed the pellets were indeed rat droppings. He told us what to expect and how controlling rats was not an immediate extermination but rather a process of baiting and monitoring. He set traps and bait stations as well as plugged the holes that they were coming through. To our surprise the first night a trap was set off and we had caught one! He came back and reset the trap and disposed of the diseased rat. It’s been 2 weeks and the droppings have disappeared. This guy really knows what he’s doing and I would use him again no question.

We had bought a house in a January and before we moved in we wanted to do a whole house general pest treatment. Being new to the area we asked around and heights pest came highly recommended. They came a day after we contacted them and we were delighted by the service. They knocked down all the cobwebs in the house and in the garage and sprayed with a chemical and dust that would treat for a variety of pests. They are coming back in the spring to do the outside as well. Great company and they made it easy for us to move in and not have to worry about bugs.

The owner answered his phone and scheduled an appointment immediately. To our surprise he came out the same day and looked at our situation. He did an awesome job and haven't seen ants since. The chemicals he used worked far better than the store brand products we tried. I would tell anyone to take action sooner rather than later and let the professionals do what they do best.

I reached out to heights pest in late January because i was concerned that i had termites. He stopped by and quickly eased my mind that there were no termites! He really knew his stuff. He told me about bugs I have never even heard of. He educated me on having siding on homes and how bugs make their own homes on the property. I will be getting an affordable treatment in April for so i can enjoy my outdoor patio without the threat of bees and other pests. Heights Pest was a true blessing!

When our children’s beds showed signs of bed bugs we called in a professional to make sure. After calling Heights Pest he came out and looked later that evening and confirmed that bed bugs were alive and kicking in 2 of our beds. After the initial inspection he came back a few days later after we prepped the house and did excellent work. He sprayed chemicals and a dust that worked wonders. He and his partner came back a week later for another treatment and since then we haven’t seen a single live bug. Well worth the money!

I had been putting off getting my kitchen cleaned because of an injury I sustained which left me bed ridden for a few a months. After I was finally able to move comfortably I noticed my kitchen had been taken over by cockroaches. It was out of control so called these guys. They took care of the problem in only a few hours and I havent seen one roach since. I was very satisfied with their timeliness, attention to detail and all around caring attitude. These guys came highly recommended from our neighbor so once we saw droppings in our basement we called them right away. They came out and looked in our kitchen and basement and found multiple entry points and droppings. They set up bait stations and traps as well as plugged the holes with a mesh that can't be chewed through. One day later we heard the trap go off and the bait they used worked perfectly. They came back out to dispose of the mouse and reset the trap. It seems to be working very well.

We had noticed a severe increase in stink bugs in our windows and also had spiderwebs everywhere in the basement. After trying to treat for them ourselves with no luck we decided to hire a professional. We saw this company had many positive reviews and were local so we gave them a try. They came out and gave us a free quote and once we decided to hire them they did great work. They knocked down all the webs and treated the house so no new spiders or stinkbugs would survive. They also showed us some tips on how to prevent them from coming into the house which was helpful. They lived up to their reputation for sure!

Could not have asked for better service! Had to call a pest control specialist to finally get rid of the ants we've been seeing. They showed up at the scheduled time and did a thorough inspection of the house then laid out the options for treatment. After we agreed upon a price they went right to work. They sprayed all around the house including the dreadful crawl spaces. They were even able to get into tiny cracks with a fine powder like substance that dehydrates the pests. As an added bonus they cleaned and removed the old cobwebs throughout the house. We are very satisfied with the work performed and will be using them in the future should we need it.

All was satisfactory. Used these guys last year and their methods worked tremendously so hired them again for this year. We always get ants in the spring but since using them we haven't seen any. Great guys and a pleasure to work with. Love supporting a local business as well.

We absolutely loved working with him. We called him because there were mouse droppings on our kitchen stove and we were about to sell our house and couldn’t have evidence of rodents. He came immediately and searched the whole house and discovered an entry point in the drywall behind the stove where the mice were coming in. He stuffed the hole with a copper mesh that they can’t chew through and also put out bait stations to eliminate the mice that were already in the house. He worked quickly and effectively and now our house is ready to be put on the market.

After dealing with rat feces all over our house for about 3 months we decided it was time to call someone in to get professional help. He and his partner came by and inspected our problem and then discussed their plan of attack that was very easy to understand. They set bait stations in our basement and crawl spaces and patched holes where the rats may be coming in from outside. They have been back 3 times and with each visit the rat droppings are becoming less and less. Soon enough we will be rat free all thanks to them. Definitely recommend!

These guys are great! This is the second time I’ve used them. The first time I used them because I had an ant problem and they came out and got rid of them within a week. This most recent time they came just to do a spring preventative pest control sweep of the house per their recommendation from the last treatment. We didn’t think we had any sort of active problem until they looked in our attic and found mouse droppings. They threw in the bait and traps at no cost because they were already doing a whole house pest control. This was a wonderful surprise and made me glad that we chose them. We will be working with them again for sure.

Called Heights Pest Control to come out and evaluate a problem i had in my garage. Before it got too cold out i noticed bees were making a hive in my garage. I wanted them to come check it out and they did and they said in the winter nothing was active but in the spring i should call them back to treat for bees. They charged me absolutely nothing to evaluate the problem and ill definitely be calling them in the spring. Great guys!

Heights Pest Control came out the day after we called them and assessed our roach situation and even discovered that we had mice as well. We decided that we wanted to be pest and rodent free so we hired them to take care of both problems. They sprayed and treated for roaches and set out bait for the mice. They are so back in a week for a follow up but so far so good. Would recommend them to anyone who needs real help.

Pestmaster came highly recommended by a neighbor of ours so we decided to start the new year right with a general cleanup of our house. We had cobwebs everywhere in the basement and spotted ants every now and then in the kitchen. Two wonderful gentlemen from Pestmaster came out and sprayed the entire house with both a chemical and a dust that was all natural. They even took down all the cobwebs we had with a a neat little tool. Our house is now clean and ready to start the new year pest free. Well worth the price too.

As a peeps who is disgusted by any sort of rodent I was in a panic once I saw a mouse while doing laundry one day. I immediately started researching exterminators when I came across pestmaster and alll of their positive reviews. I called and set up an appointment and they came out the next day. They opened one of my crawl spaces and found 6 dead mice!! Yuck! They got rid of the deceased and laid traps for any that may still be alive. It’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to see another one. Glad I called when I did.

One morning my husband woke up with mysterious red rashes on him. We were clueless as to what they may have stemmed from until we inspected our bed and saw 4 little bugs crawling around. In a frenzy we rushed and called an exterminator who could come out immediately. We reached pestmaster and he and his partner came out that day! He was able to find many more bed bugs than we found and he sprayed each bedroom and even put on encasements on each of our beds so they would not come back. They took about 2 hours to do a thorough sweep of the house and we were allowed to sleep in the bed that same night! They are coming back to do a follow up treatment in a week but so far we haven't found another live bug. Highly recommend!

They came out and confirmed I had a raccoon in my chimney. They set the trap on the roof and the animal was caught in 2 days. It was promptly removed. The cost was very expensive and if I had any additional animals it would have been even more money. The additional charges for cleaning the chimney, a cap was very expensive compared to other companies.

We always heard stories about people having bed bugs but until you see them yourself you don’t understand just how gross they are.
