Bradford's Beautiful Hardwood Floors refinished my hardwood floors in my living and dining rooms this week. My existing floors had to be sanded and stained. It was a 3 day process. I was 100 percent satisfied with the work that was done. His service was reasonably priced too!! I never knew my floors could look so beautiful!! Refinish hardwood on my steps and hallway upstairs Bradford’s hardwood floors did a wonderful job. If I ever need to have work done again I will call them. I would encourage others to call them. Terrible!!! There is no subflooring and when the floors were stained and polyurethane applied, all of my basement furniture (mostly in the man cave) was dripped on. The polyurethane hardened and now I have a sofa, TV and stand, recliners, lamp, ceiling fixtures and new basement flooring ruined!!!! The owner refused to even come back and look at the problems he caused and has refused to rectify the issue, simply stating the he covered my stuff!!! This does not include the actual work that he did on the floors that he left holes with mismatch filling putty, jagged edged borders, the dust and dirt on walls, ceiling fans, baseboards, etc... Absolute loss for me. It will take thousands of dollars for me to replace all the damaged items caused by this company.

Will was very knowledgeable about old Shaker Heights homes. He carefully removed two layers of old flooring and correctly installed new wood floor. He also was able to remove white paint on the stairs around the banisters and refinish the steps. Two other companies said it couldn't be done. Will was also able to blend the the newly finished wood floor with the previously finished bedroom floors with a method he called "stairstepping." We are very happy with the results. Will Bradford has been doing floors for 30 years and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
