After contacting them repeatedly, and being ignored, I took them to small claims to try and recoup some of my money. Even then, with pictures and samples of the materials that had been utilized, they denied any wrongdoing. My evidence resulted in my being awarded a $3,000.00 judgement in December 2005. That is the limit in Cleveland Small Claims Court. To this date, they have stone walled, returned my demand for payment letters, and even had their attorney send me a cease and desist letter, denying they were the same company. Boulevard Construction Company is still being represented by Irv Epstein, and if I were you, I would look further before I would trust them to do any remodeling or rehab work on your home. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

This was the worst experience we have encountered with any company. Firstly, they gave a time frame of 5-7 days, when it actually took them 3 weeks long weeks. They had more excused, they were not business oriented. The kept giving us the run around, telling us different employees were having family problems. Ultimately, if you are running a business you have to prepare for such occurrences. Then the siding job itself is horrible, the caulking looks like my six year old did it. Then they completed the fascia and did not measure correctly and our screen doors can not open all the way. So they came out and told us that they will file my doors down. I told them no we needed new shorter doors , so they tell us to go and buy them and they will put them in for free. I told them I would deduct the cost from the amount that we were to pay them. I had to order a special part for the doors, so I called them to tell them the part is in and come and put up our doors. No one will call us back.
