The blouse was steamed sloppily and not completely. I had to go back two more times with results being only slightly better after the second attempt. I asked the salesperson to redo it again and was told that it will be ready in 4 business days. I asked if it was possible to get it done sooner since it is a second redo and I needed this blouse ASAP. I was told that the manager will give me a call, which she never did. Since she did not contact me within a week, I called to find out if the item was redone, and it was not. I was promised again that the manager will call me. Few days later I called myself and the manager told me that she sees nothing wrong with the item and that's the best job they can do. When I asked her why no one called me to let me know, so I don't have to keep waiting and checking back, she replied in an irritated manner "I am too busy". There was no appology. I left a complaint with the owner's and no one ever called me back.
