Everything went very well. Avi was punctual, polite and very professional. He explained the various options and prices and let me decide on what to do without any sales pressure. He was able to complete the work in a timely fashion as well. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I have used Anytime Garage Door services more than once because I was so pleased with my first experience. The first time (see picture attached) he came due to the door not able to open or close. He came within 20 minutes on a Sunday and had us back in business so quickly! He provided excellent service at a reasonable cost and explained everything he was doing. The other time I called him due to locking myself out of the garage and again, he arrived very fast and showed me how to open it within minutes!! I highly recommend this company and trust his work entirely.

I hired Avi to replace my unexpected broken garage door. Not only did he respond quickly and give a fair quote, he also had my best interest and safety in mind when making decisions regarding the installation. In addition, he installed new locks on my home, helping me choose the most secure locks to match the decor. I will definitely be hiring Avi again.

Excellent price and job

The jobs were done timely and right the first time. They cleaned up after themselves. I wanted an emergency key release installed after job was done and they came out right away to do it. Very professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend

Avi was very professional, called to let us know he was on the way and was right on time. He explained what was wrong the door and told us exactly how he was going to repair the door. Avi inspected the door and make sure everything was in proper working order. This is the second time we have called Avi and certainly will call him again.

Serviceman told me the door would break entirely soon, and that a new door would cost 1200. I thought this wasn't unreasonable, so I said I was interested. But as he put together a work order the price kept rising and rising. When he went over 1800 dollars, I told him I was uncomfortable with this and asked him to leave. I then called another service, which fixed my garage door for less than 200 bucks.

He did an excellent job. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and was able to fix the issue. I really appreciate his honesty and consideration.

The person answering the phone was heavily accented and difficult to understand. He seemed knowledgeable and he did not use high pressure to add more services than voucher. However, he had to return a second day because the rollers he installed were too short and one slipped out of the holder and off the track. This was scary and incnvenient. I ended up taking off work early two days

My garage door spring broke on Thursday evening which meant that my garage door would not open. I called their service that evening to see what my appointment options were since I work during the day, they called me on Friday ready to come to do the repair. I told them I would not be able to be at my house until the weekend. They gave me options of Saturday or Sunday, which was nice to have the repair done on the weekend. He came on Saturday morning - between the hours he gave me, between 10 - 11. He explained to me what my options were since only one of the 2 springs were actually broken. He explained to me that it would be best to replace both during his visit, because since the one spring broke it was pretty sure that the other would probably break in the future as it would have similar wear on it. Also, there would be a savings having him replace both during this visit because I would save on the labor that would be required if the other spring ended up breaking also. He also came up with a solution for a situation I have because my garage door opener is not centered on the door, which is causing uneven wear on the springs. The repair was completed and it comes with a 3 year warranty on the springs.

They are fast, on time and as advertised, "any time." I was pleased with the explanations of what was going to be done, the options and how quickly the work was completed. I have already referred them to several other people.
