+ 2 moreInitially we had concerns that there might be major problems with our foundation. Sean was able to assure us there were no structural defects and that the cracks were caused by the previous structure being attached to the brick facing and not to the main part of the house. Managed to arrange for a network of contractors - concrete, brick layers, carpenter, electrician, heating/air conditioning, plumbing.
Description of Work: Removed enclosed porch, did all the contracting of work for designing and completing addition of a large family room and a small laundry room from foundation to completion. Also included redoing the roof, gutters, covering the trim on the rest of the house. Removing small outdated mail chute and milk chute and replacing them with brick work to match house. Met with us and architect to draw up plans. Worked with us step by step in selecting our choice of products, styles, and colors to plan and complete rooms. Was very patient and thorough. Worked with us to coordinate work and arrange for the heavy, noisy work to be done in a cluster so that we could schedule time to be out of town. Communication was clear and great. Kept us posted on what was happening and what was involved with each step time frame for it.
