Description of Work: Installed interior piping for new natural gas hook-up. Very happy, as always with the work done by Killeen (high quality, professional, timely). Cost is on the high end, but you get what you pay for!!

Description of Work: Snaked / cleared our kitchen drain. Service man arrived, prepared the area, cleared the drain, cleaned up and was on his way in about 45 minutes. Polite, prompt and direct, outstanding experience and I highly recommend their service.

Description of Work: We had a bad sewer smell in basement. They worked diligently to locate the source. It ended up being the main drain was clogged and needed to be snaked. They snaked the drain and used the camera to insure it was all cleaned out. |Great job!

Description of Work: Replaced the water heater. I have found out since they provided the services that it was more expensive than most would charge. There were also some wet dirty towels left on our floor. Other than that, they were completely professional and responsive. They did a great job, and I would hire them again.

Description of Work: We have used them multiple times including for 2 emergency situations including sump pump failure during Hurricane Sandy and recent clogged shower. They are very responsive and reasonable. We will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Killeen Plumbing understood from the beginning (with the office's answer of my call) that I wanted to inspect my sump pump (my first time for examining) and backup battery and provide maintenance. The technician examined first the backup battery as requested and prevented its alarm from ringing (filled the cells). Then, he examined the covered and sealed sump pump in my presence and determined that it was failing. He explained/demonstrated his method of determination. He was prepared to replace it on the spot; he did so. His work was done tidily; and, he brought the old pump up from the basement without spilling a drop. The sump pump has been working since the visit. The technician was cordial and conducted his work expertly. I was happy to have received his service.

Description of Work: Killeen Plumbing replaced a sump pump for us. They were polite, respectful, and spent time explaining the hows and whys of sump pumps. Within half an hour, the job was done and we were once again confident that the basement was protected by a quality job.
