Description of Work: They refused to do work at my house though they had no problem servicing all my business locations. I am one of their best customers but they refused to come to my house for some minor plumbing repairs because they said it was out of their service area.They referred me to a plumber who talked a good game but failed to follow through.

Description of Work: We had a kitchen sink pipe leakage and wanted someone to help as soon as possible. I called Killeen after several other calls and they were able to squeeze us in their busy schedule. They did great work and left pipes in better condition than before. We paid $86.20 and feel that is reasonable for such quick, efficient and friendly service.

Description of Work: Snaked our drains with a camera to check for problems that could be causing damp spots on two small sections of basement walls. Drains clear but one d/s appeared to be laying on surface under our deck & is back pitched. Basically found no issues which is what we wanted to know. They are an excellent plumbing company.
