I called on Monday And then was informed that they were busy this week and that they would try to fit me in on Wednesday. She told me would be later in the day and when I called Wednesday morning she confirmed it would be later that evening I received a call at about 4 o’clock saying that Plumber was on his way. He arrived asked me what was going on look at the toilet and told me he was going to replace the ring and Seal the toilet. He did this in about 20 minutes cleaned up after himself flush the toilet several times to make sure that it was functioning correctly and then caulk the toilet in place after leveling . Was very professional and tidy and would highly recommend this company in the future. Thanks for fitting me in to your tight schedule.

Went great. Nick and Pete took care of the yearly cleanout of our waste line. They then spent a couple more hours diagnosing a nasty sewer gas smell for us. Went up on the roof and stuck a camera down the vent, cleaned out the drain as a precaution, ran a “peppermint test” (peppermint oil, I assume) down the vent. When we run the AC, the smell was strongest. They finally pulled off an access panel out in by the first plumber we ever hired when we moved here (rec by a friend) and found that a hole plumber x cut into our stack had not been covered as it should have been, but was “sealed” w cardboard, clamps and duct tape! Killeen cut out that section of stack and inserted pvc and proper collars. I was pleased w the price given how long they were here and all the effort they put in.

OUTSTANDING BOTH TIMES! We have needed plumbing service for multiple issues on two occasions and both times Killeen has been excellent. They charged us LESS THAN THEIR QUOTE both times because each time they said the job went quicker than they expected. Who is that honest? Their quotes were not higher than the others we received. Plus they were there on time, so incredibly nice to talk to and just about everything you could ever ask from anyone. They are now our go-to plumbers. We HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

As always with Killeen it went great! We have used them for all of our plumbing needs for 20+ years and have never been disappointed with them. In this case installing new appliances in an older home can get complicated. Plumbing can be a challenge. In this case it took some adjusting to make things work and John did a great job of working it out and despite complications came in under budget. Their office staff are always courteous, helpful and professional.

All went well. Their servicemen were very prompt, explained what they were doing and the finished work was excellent with no need for callback. We used Angies coupon for I think $220 for sewer monitor and the toilet and 2 other jobs at the same time came to $190

I had no hot water that morning and they were able to send a serviceman out that afternoon. I couldn't have asked for quicker service. They offered me replacement or repair and explained each choice. They also needed a part to repair my tank and they had it in stock at their warehouse. One of the owners drove it over to complete the job and the serviceman didn't lose any time completing his work. The company was very punctual in getting back to me and was able to schedule the service for the next day. The plumber showed up on the early side of his promised time window, and the work was done quickly and effectively. The price was fair for the work we received.

I had Killeen Plumbing perform work at my old house and was very happy with their work, so when I needed work done at my new house, I called them. They came out to thaw the pipes running to my shower - they were in and out quickly, super nice and professional, and gave advice on permanently fixing the problem. They came back out the following week to replace a sump pump and repair a toilet flange that wasn't installed properly. They arrived on time, worked quickly and were professional as always. I also feel that their pricing is very fair, especially given the quality of their work. Any time I need plumbing work in the future, I know I don't need to shop around - I'll just call them and know I'll be happy with the work!

I had a different company give me an estimate of more than double of what Killeen charged. me. The killeen servicemen were very professional and thorough. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

It was a stubborn job, but the water is draining again. The workers persevered and overcame. They were polite and cleaned up the mess when they were done. The price was fair.

Both the estimator and workers arrived at the scheduled times; completed the requested estimate, installation, and testing of the system in a timely manner. Unfortunately, upon testing the system, the customer-supplied isolation device appeared to be defective, as evidenced by leaking around the seams of the device. This necessitated removal of the device and re-sweating of the water heater connections which added to the time required to complete the installation. Water heater then worked as expected. In spite of the additional time required to complete the job as noted above, the contractor stayed within the original price quote.
