When I called I received very friendly service over the phone. My appoinment was scheduled between 12 and 2. They were running behind but gave me a call to find out what my schedule was. The plumber arrived about 2:45 so that is why I gave them a "B" for punctuality . I was happy to see the plumber put on booties before he entered my home. I explained problems and the plumber got right to work. He workd very quickly and tested everything before he left. You could tell that he took pride in his work. I thought the price was very fair and was happy to get the 10% Angies List discount. Everything is working great !! I highly recoommend Killeen's plumbing and will certainly use them again.

They had to reschedule once (no big deal..they had an emergency...but that's why they received a "B" for Responsiveness). I hired them to install a battery back-up sump pump system for my rental property. After he finished, my tenants commented on how courteous and professional Corey was during the installation. I was able to pay the invoice via credit card over the phone. Basically, I never left the comfort of my recliner and the job was done. This is my first experience with Killeen but it won't be my last. Obviously there's a reason they're ranked so high on Angie's list.

The men were very professional & polite. They only had to replace the wax gasket & so far no more leaks. Great job!

Tom and Pat were on time and did a professional installation.

They have done some initial work and are supposed to be coming back in the next couple of days. I am really satisfied with their work so far.

The job, though small, was scheduled quickly. The team of two arrived early to do the job They were courteous and professional throughout. When they needed a part that they didn't have to take care of a "surprise," one of the gentlemen went to get it while the other stayed behind to keep the job on track. All my plumbing problems were fixed quickly and well. Because my plan is to do a complete remodel of my bathroom in the next couple of years, I wanted to choose economical options now, and they were happy to accommodate. I asked a lot of questions about the different services they provide, because I absolutely will be calling them for my future plumbing needs!

Killeen's estimate seemed reasonable. Their technician was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, on-time, and professional. I didn't hire Killeen because, after going through the project in detail with the technician, it became apparent I could do the repair myself.

Main sewer line kept backing up. City snaked line 4 times but within a month or so it would back up again. Wanted to have someone inspect the line with a camera to see what the problem was. John came out and first had to clear the drain before a camera could be used. He spent 2 hours clearing the drain then ran the camera so I could see that the drain was actually clear. Apparently the city was simply poking a hole in the problem and not actually using the proper cutters to remove the problem. These guys did a great job at a reasonable price. Will use them for all my plumbing needs

Excellent work. Showed up at scheduled. Work was done quickly and area was cleaned-up. I have used Killeen several times before and their work is A+. If you need a plumber, call Killeen.

They serviced a sewer line, replaced a sump pump, replaced some piping outside that had busted and few other things. The were very very good, really nice, and felt they were very thorough in making sure that the job was completed correctly. Was very happy with the result.

They came and inspected the leak then explained what they needed to do. They left to get some parts then returned. They brought their equipment and parts and fixed the problem within an hour. The overall time they took was 1.5 hours.

They always do a good job, so we continue to use them. They were supposed to provide a follow up quote and did not, but the service performed was a job well done.

Great service from the first phone call to the N/C of the service call. Will defiantly have Killeen return if the septic pump does not solve the issue.

Overall, the service was prompt and thorough. The plumber tackled the various jobs with competence and was able to deal with the unexpected. The price was very reasonable. We were very pleased.

They did an excellent job; I was very happy with them. They gave me good advice, which other companies I talked to did not. The guys who came out to work on my plumbing were very realistic about what I really needed to get done and what I could get done; they did not push me into a whole bunch of stuff that I really did not need to get done. They were very honest and considerate of what I really needed and what made sense to get fixed. Their pricing was fair.

They charge by the hour which is nice if you have a few small things instead of by the job. They came out next day and I had some issues with my pipes being inside dry wall but they figured out a solution so I did not have to cut into the drywall! Also, I called a couple other places on AL and they were really pushy and this company is not at all which I love. I would definitely use this service again!

Killeen assessed job on site 3/25 and said it also needed some carpenter work and gave me tel number only of O'Dell Construction Co. I called the recommended carpenter and he came out April 6 and assessed job on site. He said they would contact Killeen and would provide estimate in a couple of days. No quote ever received received. I called Killeen and he then told me plumber who does their quotes was on vaction for 2 weeks. Waiting 4 weeks now and no quotes yet. If they were a reliable company they would at least tell me they were too busy or something honest, instead of lies. I would not recommend this company to anyone and wonder how they got on Angies List. It must have gone to their heads. Fancy cards, but no action.

The experience was very good. The work was done without any problems. The plumber was very thoughtful about cleaning up work areas. I was pleased that an hourly rate is applied rather than by the job because plumbing is expensive. The company is living up to their reviews as each person I had contact was very courteous and responsive. We did agree on rescheduling the work a day later than originally planned, but was given a Saturday appointment so I didn't have to take another day off. I plan to have this company provide estimates for additional work. They will be providing an estimate for a sump pump backup system and plumbing in the basement before a new ceiling is installed.

This was a great experience start to finish. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called, at a time window that was convenient to me. They call when they are on their way, so you are not even stuck at home during the assigned time window. Randy was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He fixed my garbage disposal and inspected the hot water heater. He gave advice and his professional opinion about options for our hot water heater and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using this company in the future and recommend them to my friends.

They were excellent. They were professional over the phone. They came out soon after and performed the work well. They were very competitive with their pricing and had better rates than most other franchise plumbing companies by 30%.

I called Killeen Plumbing late on Good Friday to fix a leak in the kitchen sink drain. The person on the phone was very nice and cheerful, she told me they would have their serviceman Joe at my house on Saturday morning to fix the problem, and would call first to let me know they were on their way.. They called me Saturday morning and the serviceman Joe and his accociate were at my house before 11:00 am. They introduced themselves and were very well pleasent. They put on "booties" over their shooes before entering the house, went to the sink where I showed them the problem area. They said they would fix the problem. They then covered the floor with a tarp and went to work. Joe had to cut a hole in the wall under the sink so he could remove the old 90 and replace it. with a new PVC 90. After they were done they cleaned up all the debris lefte from cutting the wall and making the repair. It was almost unbeliveable that the whole repair and cleanup only took them 43 minutes. This is by far one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with. I will tell my friends and family that if they ever need a very proffessional plumbing company, be sure to call KILLEEN PLUMBING. I know I will.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't nearly as positive as other ratings on this site. I can't speak to the plumbing services of this company, because they never made it to my home, despite my scheduled apt from four days prior. A plumber was scheduled to come out between 3pm-5pm. I was called by the office around 4pm and was informed the crew was behind due to emergencies earlier in the day. Jodie from the office said the day was "a mess". She asked if I could reschedule. I said that would not work, because I had stayed home from work for the apt and rescheduling would be very tough. Jodie said she would see what could be done. I then recieved a call from the Office Manager, Felicia who said they couldn't be there for the 3pm-5pm time and that they would try to be there 5pm-7pm, but being that it was a holiday weekend, she couldn't guarentee it. I told her this was unacceptable and that I had scheduled the apt days in advance and stayed home from work for the day. When I became upset, she said she didn't like my tone and began to argue with me. I was shocked by the way I was being treated; I was already signicantly inconvenienced and wasn't even given a proper level of customer service to address my concern. I let Felicia know that I was not happy and I would need to make my experience known on Angies List if the plumber didn't make it to my home. She told me that was fine. I asked to speak to the owner and she said he was unavailable. She called back and let me know she spoke to Quin, the owner. He told her to let me know they wouldn't be able to make it to my home and that he would deal with the Angie's List issue when he got back into town. There was no apology and no offer to accomodate me. The only concern was the Angie's list rating. I still cannot believe this experience. If it's important to you that a business value their customers and their customers' time, do yourselves a favor and go with another company.

They seemed to do a really good job and they weren't terribly expensive. They even came on the weekend. Today they're coming in just an hour's notice.
