Killeen plumbing was very easy to schedule with and quite flexible. The staff was on time and very professional and friendly. The work was completed timely and correctly and they cleaned up after themselves. Thanks for the good work!

I called on Monday and workers were scheduled for the next day. They arrived promptly, were very courteous and explained the work needed. The price was very reasonable, as the previous faucet was incorrectly installed with the refrigerator water line attached. I'm only sorry we waited so many years to fix the faucet. Great job!

Everything went well. Very helpful on the phone. Was able to arrange an appointment in a very timely manner. Showed up on time. did a good job.

The guys were awesome, polite, efficient and clean. They had to remove part of a wall to get to the shower pipes and removed only the smallest amount of the wall very neatly. Communications were very easy with scheduling and letting us know exactly when to expect the guys at the house. We would recommend this company.

They were awesome, Corey came and did an excellent job and even put in sub-pump same day. He is always professional, smart and reliable. I have used them several times since and the job always gets done right. Would highly recommend Killeen. Please give Corey a raise he deserves it. He is hardworking, professional and puts the customers mind at ease.

They found that the pipe from the dish washer was not threaded properly causing the leak. The pipe was fixed and the leak was gone. They didn't try to prolong the call or exaggerate the problem. They were prompt, courteous and respectful to my parents. Would use them again.

Very well, we've used them for three instances of frozen pipe repair and once for a clogged kitchen drain.

Patrick was friendly, professional and courteous. He was great on items 1 & 2, but did not know how to fix the lack of what flow to my humidifier. When I called for the appointment, the humidifier was the number item that I said I wanted fixed. My disappoint with this service call was that Patrick told me that "I have never worked on a furnace humidifier before". So I was obviously surprised and ended up disappointed in the fact that he could not help me with this issue. He tried, but could not figure it out. The other 2 things that he did - I couldn't have been happier.

Showed up on time during the stated two-hour window. Was called about 10 minutes prior to Cory showing up to let me know he was on his way. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Also gave some maintenance advice. I've used them before, and I will continue to use them for the future. Bathroom was clean after he left.

The services went well. They completed the job timely and accurately. I would hire again.

They were prompt in contacting me after I left an email message. I didn't have to wait long for someone to come to the house. He gave me the estimate before starting. The problem was fixed in a reasonable amount of time and instructions were given to avoid or postpone problems in the future. I was impressed with service and would highly recommend this company, especially Cory who did the work.

As a matter of fact we've had Killeen Plumbing out to our home three times this winter for the same types of issues. Copper pipe breaks after freezing and thawing. All respresentitives sent have been frendly but professional. They place you on a list and call prior coming out. The wait has always been very short. We will continue to use them as our go to plumbing coming in the future, there are no ifs-ands-or butts about that!

They are great. They are very thorough, very clean, courteous, they know what they are doing and they are intelligent. They came out quickly, they are fair prices, did the work and I had no problems with them.

We had a pipe burst in our garage. Called the next morning and they were there shortly after lunch. The individual who came was extremely nice and professional. He took care of the problem and recommended a few other items. the cost was reasonable as well. These people are top notch. would use them again

This plumbing firm is the BEST! We ran into complications when we tried to convert from an electric range to gas - openings in the wrong place, cold air return blocking access, etc. Tommy and Tony worked with us in finding a range that would work with our limitations. Very patient - very knowledgeable and really great guys to work with. Thank you soooo much!

They installed 3 comfort height toilettes in less then 2 hours. |Very friendly and professional .

The plumbers were very very professional, polite, clean & knowledgeable . I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. This is the second time we have used this company. I wish all service companies were like Killeen.

I contacted Killeen Plumbing on 1/2/2014 and immediately spoke with a representative. They scheduled an appointment within 24 hours of my call. Day of appointment (1/3/2014) I received a courteous call confirming they would be on time. Plumber Nate kindly greeted me and put on protective covers over his shoes before entering our house. He followed my instructions of reviewing our failing sump pump set up and make recommendations. We agreed that the system was failing and that a new system was needed. Nate installed the new system, discussed how it functions, and showed me how to troubleshoot should it ever be needed. I am very happy with my Killeen Plumbing experience and will use them again in the future.

My unhappiness stems from the attitude of 1 of the plumbers, when I asked him whether he had also relaxed the bathtub handles, ( I had purchased) the other task I requested when I made the appt. they came a little later than the latest time of the arrival window I was told, but that's understandable. Still, after waiting around for 3+ hours, then to be told by the plumber that he didn't know @ the tub handles & became rude w me. He made me wrong, & that breaks customer service rule # 1 for me. I told him he could leave but he insisted on attempting to install the handles, which he then said don't fit that make of faucet, although they were marked "universal ". He said he'd order new handles & call when they came in to install them. About a week he thought. I've placed several calls to Killeen since then & was told it takes much longer for the parts to come in. Fair enough. However, as it is now Dec. 30, & no one has called me I think I'm done with this co. I'm having someone else look at it, and help me replace my toilet & other upgrades needed. Seems like my job is too small to matter. I am learningw Angie's list that it's not enough to look at ratings & reviews, but to really interview these vendors to ensure they don't mind servicing "small jobs".

I have used them several times recently. They are fabulous! They show up on time and are reasonable in cost. It has taken me years to find a plumber that I can trust and is dependable.

Responsive to our initial request for service and plumber was punctual and professional. He said that he saw a number of breaks throughout the length of our pipes from the house to the street. Plumber indicated that the owner would also assess the problem and then would write up an estimate. Over the next 8 weeks, we contacted the company a few times to request the estimate. While our calls were always answered, the follow-up assessment and estimate was not completed (right before I wrote this review, received a call to schedule in early January). In the meantime, another plumbing company also did camera work and I had an opportunity to personally view the camera coming back from the street through all of our storm pipes. It turns out that there are zero breaks in our pipes. We have used Killeen previously and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this experience will result in us using another company in the future to ensure timely resolution of problems.

My toliet was not flushing properly - the technican augured out the toliet and replaced the handle, fill valve and flapper. He did a great job, was very nice. He also gave me suggestions on how to avoid this happening again.
